There are multiple flies inside the bakery display, which does not aid on increase sells since it looks less appetizing. The cashier said there is nothing they can do about it. I do not really think that is a site standard but it is what I saw today on this one

I’ve come to this location multiple times and they never fill the cup. I paid for a venti, this is not that.

Nice place. Easy place to do your work. Or friendly atmosphere.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! Each time I go I give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another chance. Each time I do I so regret it!! I order the same drink every time and every time it’s made differently. They never ever fill the cup when I’m paying almost $7 for the drink!! When I ask they get an attitude and don’t do anything about it and I end up driving away upset. When I brought it to the managers attention that I just wanted to make sure my drink was made correctly he belittled me, questioned me and made it my problem. Never even said sorry! I wasn’t looking for a hand out I just wanted to make sure I was going to get the correct drink because I was tired of paying for a drink they didn’t fill or know how to make. I go to this Starbucks because it’s close to my work but I will no longer go here anymore. They don’t value their customers at all!

One of my favorite places to study, really comfy seating area with plenty of table space, some super nice chairs for lounging, and lots of outlets for chatting devices. Staff seems helpful and cheerful, never had any issue with this location!

asked for a drink iced, got asked “are you sure you want that iced” then gave me a hot drink… i told them i ordered it iced, and then they offered me a cup of ice to pour a hot drink (with steamed milk) in the ice cup to make it iced. not to mention that is a health hazard and they have courses over food safety. they claimed they couldn’t make the drink iced, and that it’s not a drink, but you can literally order it iced on the mobil app. such a shame what a change in staffing can do to a store/ standards have gone down.

Coffee was Great, as always. However the conversation with Sarah at the window was refreshing. Thanks for hiring authentic team members. Made our day!

Purchased cinnamon swirl cake today January 4 of 2022. The pastry was dated November 14, 2021!!!!!!!! Who knows how many EXPIRED pastries Starbucks sells that consumers don't know about since they take things out of the wrapping and heat it there in the store before distributing to customers. P.S. The white guy with the long hair is an a hole. He sold the pastry to me knowing it was expired. That's why he was acting weird when ringing me up. I think his name is Andy and is supposedly the manager.

Can’t believe that jerk of a supervisor still works there. I know the regulars know who I’m talking about. The one who has the absolute worst attitude and the least warm and greeting personality there is. PLEASE acknowledge this and get a new supervisor, upper management. You say hello to the guy and he has the worst tone.

Its thanks giving I know but this store says it’s open I’m outside right now the lights are on music is playing the employees bikes are here but no one is taking my order I’ve called several times and they won’t pick up there is no message saying they are closed on there door or anything I am furious at this if they really are closed just print out a sign how hard is that but if not it’s pathetic that they are hiding to avoid customers. I have been knocking and calling wasting my time for 20 minutes I’m going home I hope they see this review and take this advice to just tape a piece of paper on the door for the next time they close but someone is there to stock or whatever.
