I love Starbucks, but the last few times I've zipped through the drive-thru there is someone smoking on the patio and the nasty smoke blows in my car window as I get my drink. Disgusting and unacceptable. Smoking is the most selfish thing on earth. Just stop!!!!
Dean is the best ! He gave me options and explained to me what the different ways of making my order were and helped me make a choice I was very happy with! The drink was delicious! Best customer service I’ve seen in this location in a long time !

Nasty coffee. A large doesn't actually have more coffee. Your just paying for more cream and water. You only get more coffee in it if you ask for extra espresso. Don't waste your money here.

It’s Starbucks normal. There is nothing wrong with the store. There is nothing wrong with the staff. I gave a poor rating because I find it peculiar that they can accept my money/card without the “C” being a concern but they won’t give me access to the sugars and straws because of “C” concerns. The napkins are immune to the “C” germs…as you can see these are easily available to everyone. ?
Drink orders from drive-thru have been wrong about half the time. I don’t realize it until i drive away and take a sip. cup sizes are correct but what is inside is something else. i suppose somebody else gets my order, which would also be wrong orderfor them. all cups look the same so i am sure they need to use the name on a sticker technique to keep track?
