Been here twice the first time they made my Java chip frappe disgusting.. it was like white instead of dark regular color had to get it remade now second time today waited over 25 minutes for a drink one at that I’m not even joking … I sat at the window for so long the cashier had to start a conversation.. frappe was good but the wait was ridiculous
Bad customer service! First they make me wait 20 minutes on the drive thru for 1 drink and once I get it they forgot to mention they didn’t have something for it so now I’ve wasted 20 minutes and got something I definitely didn’t want, then I ask for my money back and they try to short me $1!! They didn’t try to right by me any other way!I wasted 20 freaking minute in line for nothing! And now I don’t even have my drink because it wasn’t what I wanted! ?
They messed up all 3 of my moms orders in the drivethru before she went to work so she was of course very upset. I called the store and spoke with Justin and explained the situation, he took care of the entire situation very professionally. Apologized for everything and fixed the situation in a nice timely manner, when I go back I hope to see him again. He’s a huge help, very sweet!
I always buy Starbucks, almost every day and I love it. But last night I went around 8:20 pm and bought 2 Caramel Ribbon Frappuccinos and it was the worst Starbucks I've ever had in my life. It tasted like ice water and a little color, it was horrible.
I’ve been coming here for 5 years, they opened. They had great management at the beginning, recently in the past 2 years it’s gone down. The former managers moved to other locations, thankfully I still see them at their new location, but unfortunately they have a high turnover of employees. Simple orders get done wrong. I don’t order anything complicated.
Very BAD customer service, do not go to this location for the closing shift team. It all began with ordering, I said my order word for word in at a pace enough to receive the order the first time. However, the girl taking my order asked what I was even ordering and had an attitude. After getting to the window to pay, our items were ready except one beverage. The girl who received payment and took the order was pacing back and forth for 6-7 minutes, without acknowledging us about the long wait or anything. She was interacting and hanging out with her fellow coworkers. After waiting 10 minutes fro the beverage, she handed it without a straw, so I asked for one. Her response was “We don’t have any”. I replied back asking, “How am I supposed to drink this” and she answered “You can get one from Whataburger or Tacobell”. As a worker, wouldn’t she have told me this prior when I was placing my order to begin with at the very beginning. This by far has to be the worst Starbucks experience I’ve dealt with. This location is very unprofessional, non communicative and shows poor customer service. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.
5 DOLLARS FOR COLD PRESSED JUICE?? It’s literally $1.99 at kroger 2 minutes down the street, and I would have been faster than waiting in that line
If i could give this place a ZERO stars i would ! The manager was very rude and so are her STAFF . Please don’t waste your time here you’ll be very disappointed. I kindly asked the lady if she can fix my drink bc i didn’t like how it tasted and the automatically started giving me attitude then starts slamming on that Drive thru window …I’m extremely upset! I’m been a starbucks customer for years and I have never encountered anything like this untill today !
Worst service from Starbucks I've ever received. I'm a regular and they're usually not as great as other Starbucks but I always give them a fighting chance. This time I've had enough. Never stocked up on food items always out. They don't care about customers and create drink orders as they see fit. A young gentleman had a terrible attitude today and messed up my drink completely. They were out of oatmeal and banana nut bread. Plus only one machine working. Just shut it down if you can't get it together. This is every week. I've held my tongue for months now and its a disgrace for all other Starbucks that are doing great. Not sure why management isn't doing something about the horrible service
My parents and started going here because they closed down the one on hwy 6 north and smith stone, since going to this location it has been unorganized they either need new management, staff or need to be retrained, there were a good amount of employees so it makes no sense for why customers had to look at the cups and food to see if there order was on the counter, and if that’s how it’s going to be have the sleeves for hot drinks down and have the names facing the customers so we don’t have to touch it, so many workers looked at all the orders and never called them out so customers could know their orders were ready, one of the workers used her hand to lift up her mask and used that same hand to touch the top of people’s drink to look at the name. Please do better.
