I love sonic and have been going there since I was a teenager dating my girlfriend (now wife) to grab some burgers, fries and something sweet. This particular Sonic has gotten worse in it's service for some reason. Maybe it's COVID related but I'm unsure. Went Sunday with my nephew and it wasn't that busy. Three cars in the stall and maybe one in the drive thru.Initially we decided to get out and order to eat outside. After pressing the red order button, we waited over 7 minutes and no answer from the board. Decided to go back to the car and order there. Pressed the red button and waiting about the same time and finally someone came on and took order. They didn't acknowledge the delay nor that I also waited outside.After eating our meal, when again is good, I pressed the button to get some desserts and waiting again. Got tired and drove off.Good food.... disappointed service...

Always forget things, like sauce or condiments or add-ons that cost money.Recently had them not tell me the stalls were closed when I came for 2 shakes his mobile app, waited 5 minutes and wanted to ask something about an item in the menu, get cut off and told I had to go to the drive thru. Thanks for telling me sooner, especially since your only told me when I hit the red button.Today, 2 shakes again. Long, long story about the annoying details, but to summarize: an hour and a half waiting, even when other people were getting their shakes who were there after us. Even when they tried making extra shakes to make up for it, half of them had become soup when they gave us the shakes! We were tired at that point, but are definitely complaining to the corporate number. I hate being the "I'm calling corporate" person, but man, this is ridiculous.I'm sick and tired of this Sonic. It's the closest to my house, but no longer worth it. I may just skip Sonic altogether.

I understand when a business is short staffed and/or busy, but deactivating my call button is distasteful. I’m on my lunch break, it’s extremely hot and all I wanted was a slushy. 30 mins later I stopped a woman named Isabella (she was already busy). She helped me right away. Someone else came to take my payment and told me the card machine was down. I saw Isabella again on my way to my truck told her and she apologized and just let me have it. It not about the product I got she was so patient with me and I appreciate her.

This is by far the worst location I have ever been to in Houston. The food is horrible, their customer service is extremely bad, and they do not care if they lose business or not. We sat in line waiting for over 30 mins before we left. We watched 9 people pull in and do the same thing and leave. 2 other cars left right behind us. So I know Sonic lost a total of 12 people in less than an hour...that's a lot of business lost. No one tried to go the extra mile to get on the intercom or come outside and apologize for the long wait. But again, this location clearly doesn't care about customer service because it's always been horrible. I'm surprised they are still open. I wanted to give this location another chance, but its been set in stone that I will never eat here again.

I used the app to order food on Friday night here at the Cypress store. Then I got 2 texts one after the other from my bank on Saturday morning 4/18/22, first one stating they denied a $39.99 charge from Sonic #2551, then stating a second denial for $49.99 from the same Sonic. Since I was at home and have never spent that much at one visit I called my bank; they told me that a THIRD charge for $49.99 had gone through but was reversed by the store. I did some research; store 2551 is in GEORGIA. I live in TEXAS. The only way they got my card info was via the app- how did this happen? I no longer feel safe using my card on your app. In fact, the bank cancelled it due to the fraudulent activity from your Georgia store. Because I’m going to a family wedding out of town I was forced to cancel my card and request expedited replacement, which will cost me $12.00. I feel that Sonic needs to pay this fee because their store fraudulently accessed my card, necessitating the cancellation and replacement. I’m extremely angry right now and even more so because I called the customer service line and your representative’s solution was to offer to cancel my account. Excuse me? You think erasing the evidence will make me happy? I want this investigated and I want follow up. You need to make this right. I heard nothing after the call, if there is no response to this written complaint I’ll be posting this on every social media account Sonic has plus calling a local news station. Public trust is huge, and if the app allows security breaches leading to fraudulent behavior, the public needs to know you are unconcerned. Oh, and to put the icing on the cake, I got food poisoning from the meal on Friday. I was sick for 5 days with n/v/d. On the bright side, the employees at the N.Fry location are all really sweet and friendly.

They have the worst customer service. Highly do not recommend.There were multiple occasions where the staff gave me attitude when they screwed up my order.I am a door dasher and came to pick up an order and looked like nobody was there when it was opened.

Worst Sonic Ever! This location is super slow and the food is never cooked properly. They’re always screwing up the orders. They take forever to bring you the food and when they do it’s cold.

Very bad. Burger buns are cold, not even toasted. Tomatoes are green, lettuce witted, and the meat without flavor. Last time I was there (maybe a year) it was bad, so we went maybe it was just that one time the food wasn't good. NOPE, it was pretty bad this time too. Smh. I used to love it. Maybe we should try a different location. One would think they take long cuz they cooking the food and it'll be fresh...nope.

I have always loved sonic and their food. This establishment was not only quickly moving the line on a busy lunch time of day, but every item I received was correct, they actually gave me plenty of napkins and ketchup without me asking! I was shocked to realize this when I realized I forgoyvti ask for ketchup. These days u have to ask, and specify how many if you want more than 1 tiny packet.

Every time I come here I'm always the first in a stall but the last to leave and the only thing I ordered was one drink people come and go and im still sitting at the stall waiting on 1 drink other people order alot of food and drinks but mines always comes last I'm always last to get 1 drink this is my last time coming to this location
