We were out and about and taking care of business we were across the street at O'Reilly's Auto parts store and it was getting a little too hot so we ran over and grabbed ourselves a nice ice cold drink my wife had the watermelon sour patch not necessarily for me but it was pretty freaking tasty the service is great the young lady at the window communicated herself very well articulated her words properly was fast and efficient a young lady came out and took her order cuz her headset broke which showed initiative that's something that a manager would do and I don't think she was but if she is great for her if she wasn't nice job that will get you to become a manager nevertheless everybody was friendly and nice and they took special care with us it's great to receive excellent service from a drive-up window sometimes we all know what a nightmare it is it's like that movie dude Where's My Car and then knowing then LOL you get the joke great service five stars fast and friendly service what a refreshing environment from the standard drive up window of rude people that don't understand simple things like half chocolate half strawberry the guy at Jack In The box told me that he can't fill half of the cup on one side with chocolate and on the other side they're going to mix together and so he can't do that LOL you're not going to get those idiots at Sonic you get fun friendly people that know their business LOL
I like Sonic, love their Hickory Sauce!Today's visit was ok. There was a problem with the speaker and they couldn't hear me. There was a language barrier as the order taker spoke mostly Spanish, I speak only English. So my order wasn't exactly correct. They food took forever to be delivered,But it was hot and delicious. The food was very good.The car hops were extremely slow moving... just leisurely walking and only 2 were carrying changers. They would have to return inside to make change. Weird.Our car hop was carrying a changer but still had to go inside to get 3 bucks and some coin. Although he was very friendly and moved quicker than the rest.Overall it was ok, but they were so slow.
It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Quick great service, all the drive through employees are very polite. Tam is doing a great job at brightening people’s days with just a lil greet and order review.
SUMMER IS HERE AT SONIC!!! My annual favorite is the red bull slushie and the flavor of the season is Strawberry Apricot !!! And let me tell you it’s so refreshing and good. No this isn’t Starbucks let me teach you a trick. Sonic has an awesome app and you can get the slushee have price and a route 44 (the biggest size) is only $3 !!! Yes $3 !!! They just implemented a new feature called “keep the change” so you can order online, check in, and tip them all together. I love it !!! Go get a slushee !!
The location was good. As in my picture, the tots were not filled like they should be. I promise I didn't eat any before the picture was taken, lol. The burger was excellent. I tried adding garlic salt this time and it made it 100% better. I had to ask for my receipt, something that usually doesn't happen. The car hop was really friendly and polite. She returned to my car after a few minutes to check on me.
Incompetent workers, trying to order drive through and lady kept talking over me and repeatedly got the order wrong. When we finally got done order we were told our total was 24 dollars and some change. Upon arriving to the window the man repeated the wrong order and then told me our order would be 42 dollars and change. After asking him to repeat it again he then said our order would be 50 dollars and change as well as not even repeating our order correctly. Sorry but they need to be trained better.
We go here often. Today was a bit annoying. We ordered through the mobile app. A lady came out to deliver our order in the stall. We noticed we missed a drink so we told her “We still have 1 more drink.” She looked at us and didn’t say anything. Shen came back inside. 1 minute later she came back with a straw and we told her again that we were missing a drink. She looked at us, didn’t say a word and then just walked back in. We waited for 5 minutes to see if she’d come out with our missing drink. She never came back so we had to press the button to let another staff know we never got our drink.It was just a weird incident..The food was alright this time. Not good not bad.
If I could give these guys a negative review, i would. We went through the Drive Thru at 10:50pm to order a few thing, including 2 chili cheese Hot Dogs. To our surprise, when we got home to eat we noticed that they had a weird taste, as we inspected the food we discovered that the hot dogs where bad. They both had a brown ring from the outside going to the inside, I cannot express how disgusted we felt at that moment. It is so irresponsible, dangerous, and absolutely disgusting that they sold us these expired hot dogs. I don’t recommend anyone to go, waste of money and time.
Fast and friendly. They had several people working the drive thru to get people out quickly.
Only been here once, but the service was great and my order was hot and good.
