I am not a frequent sonic customer but I received a gift card from my dentist and decided to have lunch here today. Well after receiving my food and trying to enjoy my food the card hop individual comes back to my car to ask for another form of payment due to THEIR system not taking my gift card. Ok…that not my fault, I also provided the card hop with the receipt showing I currently have money on the gift card. Well sir the only reason why I came here is bc I had a gift card. But it’s okay I won’t be returning thanks but no thanks.
Great at making special orders correctly. ICE! I live their ice. My dog loves their ice even more. Buy a bag to take home.
Good place to grab a quick bite. But if going thru the drive thru check your order before you leave. Something may be missing.
Ive ordered from here to many times in the last month and every single time i order a slush its never a slush its always juice and ice. And im always missing an item. Today 1/13 i ordered a large peach lemonade slush with strawberries and i got strawberry lemonade with strawberries. Its getting really annoying.
Worst sonic ever! I want a refund. Moldy ice, nasty grease, and broken down facilities. Shut it down! Reporting!
This place has restored my faith and love for drive thru!!? This is the setting, it's late Sunday night 11:39pm to be exact and the store closes in just 21 minutes, so I drive up after working a double shift an scurrying around to find something to eat and I drive up and I am greeted my this cheerful voice and it's fitting that his name was Angel because that's exactly how he treated me!! I wasn't rushed or hurried and he even told me to take my time!!! The food was the best I have ever eaten at a Sonic because they love what they do!! I drove off, but had to turn right back around and tip him for the great service that shocked me and restored my faith in fastfood drive thru! GOD BLESS YOU ANGEL BECAUSE YOU ARE TRULY NEEDED!?
Ordered a corn dog, it tasted 30 days old. I took one bite, spit it out and file 13 what was left. My Mom ordered a chili hotdogs and she said the dog tasted old. Not a good thing.
Pleasant staff. Ice cream machine was down. But other than that order was correct. And they treated me like a human being with kindness and manners
I went to this sonic in the morning. There was only one employee working, and she did the cooking, preparing, and cast- hopping. That made it go V E R Y slow. Good food and drink though
Horrible service. Had to give our order of 3 drinks and 1 tot 3 times and took 20 minutes. And when we got it the drinks sucked and the tots were cold.
