Karian was awesome today! He was so nice but his smoothies were on point. Hands down the best smoothies we’ve gotten in a long long time.
Don't come here if you in a hurry, pulled out if the drive thru after sitting fir 10+ minutes at the order menu without a hello.. more than one time and this will be my last
1st time going to the smoothie king drive thru and the girl was rude to my husband on his order. He told her his order and and she repeated back and told him it was called this and not that. When we got to the window she gave us something totally different then what we requested. This place needs better management on training employees on how to work with customers.
The staff at 2:30pm on 4/24 made us some amazing smoothies and were very polite to us from the moment we pulled up. Just thought i would say thanks again in print !

I just wanted to say I highly recommend this smoothie king customer service was excellent and Melissa was very nice and never makes a mistake on my order and fast service I’ve gone to other smoothie king and they make you wait or park in the front when I go here I never have a issue and they always make my orderRight I’ve been to plenty of locations in the Katy area and this one always makes my smoothies just right. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning Melissa and her attitude but I specifically always ask for her to make my smoothies and she’s very sweet once you get to know her. I’ve also worked in the food industry myself and sometimes there is just that one crazy or rude customer where you just can’t make them happy. But I always refer my friends and family to go to this specific location.
I always come in the mornings for my breakfast smoothie and compared to other locations in Katy this is the best one I found. Every time I go to fry road because it’s a more convenient drive, I regret it every time I tell you. I’d rather drive 10 more mins to get something that’s actually worth the trouble and money. They never served me a watery smoothie nor have I ever had a problem.
Poor service. They give you your smoothie half full with smoothie running all down the side of the cup. Ask you questions and close the drive thru slide door before you can answer. Today was my last time going here. Customer service is everything to me. I will pay more and drive further for good service.
