Morning crew is incredibly efficient and polite.
These guys keep repeatedly closing early. Seems to be at random. You can't trust their hours. I have probably spent half as much on gas trying to get here for smoothies after work as I have on smoothies here in the first place.
i’ve been there three times. the staff takes forever. i’m not sure if they are playing around but you will sit in the drive through for 15+ minutes. the smoothies always taste off like someone isn’t making them correctly.
2.12.22 Update I decided to give this store another try and I've gone 4 times and HUGE Improvement. Not sure what changed but the customer service has improved 100%. It's a new store and the staff seems very inexperienced. I place orders online my orders are never ready on time. I have to wait at least an additional 10 to 15 minutes for them to make it. I've never had this issue at the Mason road location. It's a shame cause this one is new and so close to my home but I won't be coming here again. If I could give zero Stars I would.
Asked for and angel food smoothie and got berries. Asked for something simple and got a bitter smoothie. I don’t plan on ever returning to this smoothie king.
The service was horrible today. There were plenty of people out working inside so that was not the problem. Ordered two of the same smoothies and both of them tasted different and neither one of them tasted like what it was supposed to. Would never go back there
They gave me the wrong smoothie. I ordered a coffee moca, but they seemed really busy and working very hard. So I didn’t mind.
I was craving a smoothie and ordered angel food thinking it would taste different I went back and got a strawberry hulk instead the worker I dealt with was extremely friendly she simply made the strawberry hulk with no problem at all I was having a bad day and this simple gesture really made my night.
Young employee at the window should not be employed at this location. He is a disgrace to this franchise location and should not employed in customer service of any kind. If the owner reads this, please share your contact information and I would be happy to describe my experience with this individual.
