Geewilakers!, monuments should be erected in Mr. Mario Diaz’s name. That gentleman will go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that every need is met in regards to customer satisfaction and gratitude. I’m sure this young man will be very high in the infrastructure of you alls establishment or paid very handsomely if not already!

This is the 5th time in a row I ordered through the mobile app then get to the store and they haven't even started making my smoothie.Today the lobby is closed, there's a line wrapped around the building.... At this point the smoothie isn't worth the wait... I'm on my lunch break and I'm not waiting 45 minutes for a smoothie.This location is inconsistent, it's 2022 why can't we automate this business with robots?

Just left the hospital across the interstate (thought I was in labor) and all I wanted was a smoothie. It was 6 minutes until closing but they already had the door locked and wouldn’t let me in. As a hungry pregnant crazy person I was not impressed. Boo ??

Today I went to smoothie king and got a pineapple surf the drink was amazing. Angela took my order, and made sure I didn’t forget my add on’s like immune boosters, multi vitamin’s and so much more. When I approached the window to pay. Jeremy greeted me with a smile, and handed me my drink speedy friendly service. I definitely will return to this location and recommend to my friends and family?

I go there just about every day for my breakfast shake. What is it? A 20oz Chocolate Gladiator with peanut butter and banana! Warning! IT IS ADDICTIVE!?

This place is super inconsistent.... If you order online, get ready to wait 30 minutes... It says it would be ready in 10 minutes but when I got here they haven't even started. The people working are in the back on their phones. The drive thru has a line around the back. Waste of time coming here

Got 2 smoothies. Neither were what we ordered.One was supposed to be keto coffee - was definitely some fruity non-keto smoothie.Other was banana passion fruit but banana was possibly rotten - or a protein additive was added that made it taste terrible. 17$ wasted - we couldn't drink either.When ordering, drive-thru attendant couldn't hear us over ruckus in the background- she had to keep saying 'hold on' 'one second' 'please wait' while we could hear loud conversations and yelling coming through the speaker.We pull up to window expecting to see a busy storefront with demanding customers - but instead it was an empty store - and what we were hearing was employee conversations. Turns out, she was ignoring us in drive-thru to have conversations with her peers in the background. So rude and unprofessional.When trying to give feedback on receipt survey option, it wouldn't accept the store#/location. Convenient way to avoid bad comments for a location that apparently gets complaints often.

I order smoothies for my office personnel probably monthly. I use the app. which is a bit hard to decipher: You choose the Strawberry Gladiator, and it wants you to pick your fruits and/or vegetables. How about make it the way it is designed so to keep the calories and carbs the same? The reason for the two-star review is because I place the order and specifically enter the time that I will pick up. They NEVER use that guideline. When I pick up, which is approximately 45-55 minutes after placing the order, the smoothie is melted and not very cold at all. Please try to make the smoothies as to the time the customer has stated the pick-up time. It's just not worth it any longer. This has happened every time I have ordered except for one time when they were severely backed up.

Ordered a 40 oz and only get half the cup filled. What am I paying for? Tell the people working there, and I get ignored like I wasn't there. Funny how I was the only person there and no one was in the drive thru.They didn't say they would remake it and try to fix it . Just kept ignoring me until I left with my 20oz in a 40 oz drink.This was an online order, and I ordered 10 minutes before .... This location is terrible... Nobody there cares about their job and it shows. Telling everyone I know about this bad experience.
