I called to place a last minute order for a cake for my daughter's 18th Birthday. The ordering process went very well, they were responsive and we were able to finalize the cake details and pick up day & time.I called on the pick up day a few minutes before the agreed pick up time and I was told the cake would be ready in 5 mins. This was okay and I told them someone will be picking up the cake which they said was fine.The cake was picked up by the person I sent and apparently wasn't the cake wasn't secured properly because it shifted in the box. When they tried to shift the cake back into position the cake at the bottom completely crumbled to pieces without any other effort or movement. Never seen a cake do that!!The manager was contacted and she refused to replace the cake or refund the money paid or give an alternative solution. How does a cake crumble to pieces like that??Very disappointed as we didn't have a cake for the party. Now I wish I had believed all the bad reviews on left by other customers on here and went somewhere else.
Visited on a Sunday with my son. The cupcakes were soooo yummy and my kiddo loved being able to see all the cakes and point to what he wanted!! I wish I bought extra to bring home for later!!! Fun outting all in all!!
We stopped by this past Sunday and their was only one girl working, the line for waiting was to long. When we got up to her she was very blunt not friendly at only. I asked for 2 dips of ice cream and she was blunt that we do not do dips they are scoops. Very unprofessional! There was several customers behind us just trying to pick up there order and they had to wait until everyone in front of them where served. We have been there several times in past and this has never happened. To top it off I was not asked about my reward points number so we did not get credit for that either.
Lee have HORRIBLE customer service over the phone and in person . Will not be back !
I ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday a week before his party. I sent over the image I wanted on the cupcakes. I spoke with the lady who make the cakes and cupcakes she told me what she could do. I never heard back from the lady so that I could make a payment. The day of my son's birthday I go to pick the cupcakes up and the order was never made. My son was hurt and I was highly upset. I will never go back to small cakes again! This was horrible customer service!
Stopped by here to buy a single cupcake for a coworker's birthday. Went to pay cash with a $20 and they refused my money. I could understand if it were a larger bill such as a fifty or a hundred, but a twenty?! One star for bad policy and customer service, another for slightly above average cakes.
I placed a birthday cake order 6 days before the birthday date. I called each day to see if they can make the cake. The workers took messages and gave it to the manager and told me they will email me and call me back to get a confirmation on the order. I called the day before the birthday party to confirm the cake will be made because I didn’t get a response. They told me they called and left a voicemail. I checked my miss calls and voicemail and I received nothing from them. I was told by them the date has passed and they will not be able to make the birthday cake. Now I have to scramble and find a birthday cake at a grocery store. Terrible service.

Got some cupcakes for my birthday and they were so delicious, tasty and fresh.
I absolutely looove the cake part of the cupcakes. Moist and delicious. The icing however is wayyyyyy way way too sweet and really takes away from the delicious flavor of the cake. Please consider carrying a whipped icing option. It is lighter and would compliment the cake so much better. :)
