Great place for a family event. Food was nice and staff was patient and friendly. Portions are pretty good too.
We were looking forward to eating here for my daughter’s birthday, today. We arrived and wanted a hibachi grill. There were 2 people sitting in one of the grills. The waitress wanted us to share the same grill. I was not comfortable sitting with 2 other individuals we do not share a home with. This restaurant has no covid precautions. I asked for another place to sit. They refused services. We left the restaurant disappointed because we drive 40 miles to this place. I am sure the other people were uncomfortable with us as well.
Been here several times before but I'm writing a review this time for our chef, Jimmy, because he was amazing. He put on a great show. He's funny, communicative, and a great cook. Food was fantastic. Ask for Jimmy on your next visit and you won't be disappointed.
I ordered white fish (with other types), but they served tilapia. When I called the waitress and told her this is not white fish, this is just tilapia (very less expansive), she argued that that's not tilapia but the red snapper. She said they were run out of white fish.Not recommended place. Also very expensive compared to other places.
Food is great but if your not eating by the grill you will not get good service. Waitress will give better service to the groups in the grill area....funny we arrive prior to another couple by 10 minutes and they received their drink and food order before we did.
Just left. Family took me for my birthday and it was really fun. The hibachi grill was a wonderful experience. I would love to go again.
Bad experienceMade reservations for my daughter's 25 birthday celebration and still waited for an hour to be seated . Once seated we again waited damn near 2 hours for our server . Was told he was an older guy and he takes longer to prepare ... WTH I never heard of such a thing ... i will never be visiting this place again .....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS
Horrible service. Most if our party was here and wouldn't seat us until EVERY single person was here, then waited for a while just to order drinks and then NEVER saw our waitress again. We had to get up and go back to the front hostess to beg for service. Food 8s good however, from hostess on it is Horrible. Stay away unless you like to pay for a bad family time.
Food was great but the people who run this location are very rude. We went there and were sitting talking after we ate. An Asian man with tattoos all over his arms came to us and told us that we had to leave because he needed the table. This has never happened to me in my life. I will never go back to this location with the rude people who work there.
A little sad from my experience tonight. I live over 20min from this place, was excited to get home and eat my food and there was shrimp in it. Not a huge deal but I am allergic to shrimp and was not able to eat my food. Called and they said sorry.
