Yummy donuts AND excellent, friendly service.
Terrible experience.. I've been here multiple times and each time they tell me that the filled bars aren't ready and wont be ready for about 30 minutes. I left and went to Dunkin and they had everything I wanted hot and ready to go. It's totally worth the extra 1 minute drive to go to Dunkin.
Who goes to a donut shop at 7am for ice cold donuts? Not this person. But apparently I missed the memo that no hot donuts were available this morning? I literally live down the street from this location. So imagine my surprise when I excitedly open the box for that warm, melt in your mouth splurge, only to be greeted with ice cold disappointment. I guess from now on I’ll have to specifically ask that I want them warm and fresh?? At 7am? Alrighty!
Got here at 7:40 and they were closed early . I can see all the donuts in the back probably going to get thrown away. Shame
Highway RIP-off! I'm still not understanding why I was charged $4.44 for some old, stale coffee and donut holes from this morning. The guy said, there is this much left and charged me full price. That was even after telling me there was not anymore coffee left. Wth... I guess. It is safe to say I will not be visiting this Shipley Donut again! I'll stick to the one off the Grand Pkwy.
