We love Shipley Donuts.The staff are nice.The store and the restroom is clean.

Love them!! Always get fresh, hot glazed donuts and they are delicious. Staff is great and store is very clean and as a bonus they have a drive thru.
Went in waited for service Had four people up in front basically looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there I guess plus the donuts were hard like possibly from the day before never had this experience at any other Shipleys
The apple fritter at this location was terrible. Also, the only filled bar they had left basically had no chocolate icing on it. It all melted off the donut, but they still thought it was ok to try and sell it. I would go to the Shipley's location on Cinco Ranch and Spring Green instead. They have better quality donuts and it's like 5 minutes away from this location.
Love the donuts, no doubt about it. The two times I've been in, I've dealt with someone that is very difficult to understand. This morning I told the lady that I'm getting a dozen so let's start out with six plain glazed, she then asked me a question which I could not understand. I then repeated six plain glazed first and we'll go from there, well she asked another question. Come to find out after I'm looking at all the other employees, she was asking what else did I want, well I didn't know. As she was getting the first six plain glazed donuts, I was looking at all the other options. She didn't want that, she wanted to know all twelve donuts right then and there. I'm guessing selecting others isn't an option? I wasn't going to stand there taking my time, just wanted to look at others while she got the first six.
Bonus, if you show up on a Saturday between 8am and 9am you will see antique car club parking their cars in the parking lot.

Recently when I come to this location the kolaches are ALWAYS HARD! I am beginning to believe they are saving the old kolaches from days before and reheating them to save costs. During the summer this was a great location. Now it is terrible and staff has an issue with you telling them the food doesn't seem fresh or the bread is being burned. I don't want a crunchy kolache and neither does my son.
