This was my first time coming to share tea. I usually go to tea house but I was in this plaza and wanted to try it. My favorite drink to order is taro pearl milk and that’s what I ordered here. When I got the drink it was so pale and I was already off put by how it looked. I took one sip and it tasted like straight up milk with pearls in it. I didn’t like it at all so I asked one of the employees if I could exchange it for a different flavor at least. The girl was nice about it but she said I can’t exchange a drink just because I don’t like it. That was a bad first impression to me since the first time I went to tea house I tried a drink and didn’t like it they were more than happy to help me find a flavor I liked (which ended up being taro) I gave two stars since it looked clean inside and the employees were friendly but I won’t be returning I’m just going to stick with tea house.

I stop by here a couple of times during the week and the staff is always so friendly and easy to talk to. The strawberry ice blend with lychee jelly and ice cream is definitely my go to drink!

Katy Asian Town is a fun place to visit for food and drink. The options are many, and if you’re in the mood for tea, you will find at least a half dozen places to visit, one of which is Sharetea.Small in size, this Sharetea location can seat about 25 people on the inside, but many who visit here will get their drink to go. There is no outside seating, so if you want to sit back and relax, you will need to grab a table. There is music in the background, but there are no televisions or other entertainment. The focus is on the tea.With tea, guests will notice it is divided into categories such as fruit tea, milk tea, brewed tea, signature tea, etc. The teas are mostly cold, served over ice, but some offer hot options as well. If you want, you can also elect an add- on, such as pearls, pudding, ice cream, even assorted jellies.Sharetea serves several tasty tea drinks and they are mostly sweet. I noticed that they list calories and most of them are rather high, but if you like you can request that yours be made less sweet, which will cut the calories. The milk teas are generally higher in calories, but there are several excellent choices among them, like mango green milk tea, coffee milk tea, ginger milk tea, and so on. They have some delicious fruity options, too, like tropical fruit tea, passionfruit orange grapefruit tea, and others.One thing I like about Sharetea is that each drink comes in one standard size. This is cool because it means you don’t need to decide on a size. If you want more, just order a second serving. I also like how the drinks are sealed with a thin layer of foil on top. To drink, you just poke your straw through the foil. It helps keep your drink from spilling. Oh, just be sure that, if you order your drink with added pearls, you get a wider straw. If you select a standard straw, the pearls will clog the straw. I also like that they place a small label on each plastic glass indicating the flavor. This way, you know which is which and don't accidentally grab a family members choice by mistake.Tea drinks are great and Sharetea has many tasty tea beverages from which to choose. I wish they had snacks to enjoy with the tea, but this is a cool place regardless and a nice stopover for refreshment on your next visit to Katy Asian Town.
Tea shops are not as plentiful as coffee shops, but they are growing in popularity. Katy Asian Town has several of them and one I have visited and liked is Sharetea. This Sharetea location is small in size with indoor seating for about 20 to 25 people. There is no outdoor seating, so it’s inside or nothing. The drinks are divided into categories such as fruit tea, milk tea, brewed tea, signature, etc. Most of the drinks are served iced, but there are some hot options also. If you like, you can ask for an add- on such as pearls, ice cream, pudding, herb jelly, and a few others. The drinks served at Sharetea lean toward the sweet side and if you go with the drinks as presented, they all have significant calories. If you prefer, you can ask that the sweetness level be toned down a bit. I recommend this for some of the drinks, as they are quite sweet. But they are all tasty in their own way and it’s fun to get your drink served boba- style with added pearls. Just make sure you get a larger, wider straw or else the pearls will clog your straw as you drink. Drinks are ordered at the counter, and you wait for your number to get called. I like that the drinks are served in a standard size because you don’t have to decide whether you want small, medium, large, or whatever. You order one size and if you want more, well, just order another drink. I like the foil seal on the top of the drinks, too, because it easily accommodates the straws- you just poke through- and it makes it less likely you will spill. I love tea and Sharetea is a good place in Katy Asian Town to get yourself a flavorful glass of black or green tea, iced or hot. It would be nice if they also served snacks but overall, this is a cool place for a beverage with a good assortment of flavors and styles to suit any taste craving.

It's a super chill place for studying! I come here with my friend after school and find it easy to concentrate while enjoying some yummy drinks! The drinks are also filling, so you don't need to order another thing to fill a stomach! Keeps me from spending too much lol :)

Second time visited and it was on the Thanksgiving day two hours before the closing. Bad quality of oolong tea. The pearl was good. No tea flavor, which made the taste like water.
