The customer service was great! They continuously came to check and make sure everything was great! I love the amount of options at this place, but the flavor in broth wasn’t there. The broth had no flavor that I had to add things like soy sauce, seasame oil, and spicy peppers into it. Maybe it was just the type of broth I got which was the Shabu House Special Spicy.

The food is really fresh. The meat selection at lunch is not bad, including several kinds of beef as well as pork, chicken and lamb. The service was on par. However, the soup and sauce were disappointing to me. There was not much flavor in the soup. The beef bone broth soup I ordered just tasted bland and greasy. All the house sauces were too sweet. I was going to make my own sauce, but I found no roasted sesame sauce like other Mongolian hot pot places. They did have a black sesame sauce, but it was blended with peanut and also tasted sweet. This will be my last visit here.

Base on personal experience, I was there for lunch and when I entered there are only 3-4 tables are having lunch. I was surprised. Lunch hour should be busy at least that’s what I think.I order beef bone soup base, it white and when I tasted it, it had no flavor. I ordered beefs. It came in very thin slices, thinner than pho noodle soup. As result, the meats had no flavors as well. Dipping sauces are no much special. This is best part, beef bone soup was white as I mention, after I finish first round. The soup had became clear. What a magical moment. I am guessing the soup base is powdered soup base not real bone soup base. At the end, I did lost my appetite, I didn’t like it at all.Two stars because, pork belly was good thickness. It got some hot dishes but no much flavor as well. More types of veggies than other all you can eat Shabu places. (You decide if you want go) but I won’t go back any more.

Great place and great experience we had for lunch! No, it is not a Chinese buffet! Birthday lunch for daughter and we all enjoyed it! We will be back! ?

Staff were helpful. The food was all great quality. Right level of spice on my food. Vegetarian and vegan friendly with plenty of options. Make sure you know what sauces may contain non-vegetarian ingredients beforehand.

One of my favorite place to eat! Now is the best season of the year for me to try some hot pot.Fresh meats and vegetables plus variety to select!

Perfect for cold weather! All you can eat hotpot! They are very attentive which helps remove clutter from the table. Everyone is able to choose their own soup and there’s a buffet for all the veggies, noodles/ramen and condiments. You order your protein with the waitress. Don’t forget your dessert at the end! We have been back a few times and definitely recommend this location to others! ?

Not sure what happened to this place. Walked in at 2:10, trying to get a late lunch. Took over 5 minutes to get someone’s attention. Then they told me I’d have to be out by 3 (ok), and that last call for meat would be at 2:25… err.Look. If the place closes at 2, that is fair. Just post it as closing at 2. But if it is posted as closing at 3, then expect to seat people until at probably 2:30. If you’re not willing to do that, you should change your posted hours.I used to enjoy this one, but I’m not sure I’ll be back again. The last couple times I’ve been there just haven’t been the same decent experience.

Great hot pot buffet! Loved all the meat and seafood options. Server was so sweet and nice. Everyone had their own pot and broth.

Good selection of meats and variety of customizing the flavor of your soup. The meats looked fairly fresh and clean. The price is a little steep for dinner (29.99) vs lunch (19.99) for buffet. The biggest difference between lunch and dinner is 5 additional meats. If I had to choose again on the time to eat there, it would likely be lunch time instead.
