Me and my friend came to eat here on our lunch break . He is gluten free so it’s it hard to find restaurants that are gluten free friendly. They were able to accommodate him . There was a mix up because of cross contamination but the manager Annie was happy to replace the order with the food not going thru the oven . Great job thanks
I love Schlotzskys, been eating their original for over 40 years, ate at the 1st store in Austin. However, this store got my order wrong again. Please be more careful guys, you're gonna lose a customer who loves your sandwiches. Meat, cheese and bread only, means meat and cheese and bread only. No sauce, no veggies!!!Update: contacted by management and they helped fix things! Changed to a 5 star!

Asian guy at the drive-thru window was rude! Not enough bacon on our sandwich and he said two slices was it. I tried to buy extra but he thought I wanted free bacon. I called the corporate office and made a complaint. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
I have no complaints regarding their food. Drive thru is quick. They offer senior discount. I can't say the same for the Cinnabon located inside their store. Twice the cinnamon rolls were hard, old and I was not able to eat them. Really nasty.
I love this store! They have the nicest customer service and the best Cinnabons! (Made fresh!!) my kids are pretty picky eaters but they never say no to this place. I love trying a different sandwich every time and the potato soup is to die for.. you will not be disappointed at this location.
The sandwiches are legendary. The soups & pizza & baked desserts are yummie too!!
Love their pizzas. If you come Wednesday you get buy one get one free amazing deal for amazing food. The guy at the drive thru is super polite and Knowledgeable. Great customer service skills. I drive to this location mainly for the service and then the food.
Outside look old, but inside is really nice and the people better. I took the cinnamon rolls here. I love it, one time a year is no bad for me!
