I frequent this location and they deserve a shout out for their Father's Day prep. This location was so prepared for the rush even at opening time. They were fully staffed, the food was the best it had been in the last few months and the staff was over the top polite. I cannot express how impressed I was in how they made themselves ready for a holiday crowd and how they pulled it all off while maintaining great food and excellent service. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope that they continue to produce this level of greatness even on non-holiday visits. Job well done.
Pretty quick to get waited on, drinks came right away, food took forever. Just 2 of us and we watched others come in after us, who got served before us. One couple near us was in and out while we were waiting for our order. The food was very good, when we finely got it. made it worth the wait. Staff was friendly and checked back with us often, but only after we got our order.
Might have recommended if, We would have been serviced without having to ask for, straws to another waiter after having waited a long time for our drinks, our waiter would have not served us over the half wall and said “welcome to McDonald’s”. While serving us the wrong soup, assuming we have never been to a Landry’s co before, or wouldn’t know the difference. The FOOD WOULD HAVE NOT GOTTEN US SICK! Don’t like to leave bad reviews but having managed casual and fine dinning in past I felt it necessary to let you know we were not pleased with our visit to your venue.
Saltgrass Katy is one of our favorite locations for steak! We had a last minute lunch gathering with a party of 10. I called ahead and the manager immediately accepted our reservation. Five minutes later I called back to add 5 more persons and again the manager accommodated our request. We were all seated within 30 min of our call. The waitress was friendly and smiled a lot during the order process. She got everyone's order right the first time!! The food was hot and delicious and there were plenty of drink refills. This location has never let us down.
A return visit after a couple of years (we're visiting Katy) and happily Saltgrass is as good as ever. Three of us had steaks and one chicken. All very good. Good, friendly service. Getting a little pricey now so family dinners are getting expensive.

Had a wonderful time. Our server Don was awesome. Service was great. It was just a bit packed. Went with some ladies and I am sure they will also say, they had a good time.
Pretty busy & crowded. Even with reservations waited an additional 30 mins to be seated. Service & food was good. Tip for those who are plus size Do Not sit at booth seats. Very small space.
This is the first time I’ve had food that was of poor quality from Saltgrass. The steak was overcooked and the mac was cold and rubbery. Our server was very sweet so we never complained and tipped well.
Very good drinks and food. Customer service was nice and friendly.Definitely worth the money.
