Went here after hearing good rude but a heavy set guy was rude.. will never return
Terrible I am regret about go to this place, cold beans, cold rice everything was bad, the pirulín was like expired, this place can’t represent the tasty Venezuelan food. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
Su comida es excelente siempre Pero de verdad la persona que tiene en la caja que me imagino que es el mismo que contesta el teléfono es una persona Ausente es pésimo servicio y atención. Puede que esté cansado se entiende pero consideré que es un restaurante exitoso y lo sería aún más si tuvieran a alguien más atento y amable Es cortante con mala actitud indiferente así les corre a cualquiera no quiero imaginarme si el es un jefe o peor un dueño
I have been to this restaurant many times and I always order the same thing. It is one of my favorite restaurants because it has a lot of great food that you can't find anywhere else, including their burgers. The service is always friendly and attentive and the waiters are very nice. My friends love going here too!
I would recommend this place for all my friends and family because it has a great atmosphere, awesome service, and delicious food.

I’m venezuelan, I have tasted all the foods from my country available in Houston and Katy. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A VENEZUELAN FOOD EXPERIENCE DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE. My tequeños were burned, the empanadas didn’t have any taste and the counter woman was pretty grumpy. The food is not good at all. Such a bad experience…

they have the worst customer service. If you look at their google reviews im not the only one that has a problem with them. The people that work there argue with their customers in person and on their reviews lol. very poor customer service
