We ate pizza there last night, and as always, the atmosphere is amazing. The ingredients tasted very fresh and homemade. And absolutely wonderful place to go.
Pizza is really good made, fresh ingredients and nice attention. We ordered to go, site is not very pretty but food is amazing ??
A tad pricey but food was good. Our server was nice and overall great service.
Good food, nice staff, gf had roach crawl on her and more coming from the walls at the booths won't be returning sadly. This happened in the middle booth. Their response was to take 15% off the bill which I'm appreciative of but still no one should have a roach crawl on them during dinner.
Like this restaurant chain but tonight's experience was a disaster. Apps came out super late/cold. Meals were staggered out over 10 minutes and mine never arrived. After 45 minutes I requested to be cancelled and left hungry. Management apologized said order was prepared incorrectly and was getting remade in kitchen. This is the second consecutive visit when service was very slow - order prepared incorrectly.. I guess it's more of a "pizza to go" kind of place now. My guest from San Antonio not impressed either..
Service was great as well as the food. Our major complaint was all the outside tables were wobbley. All of us sitting outside tried putting sugar packets, paper etc. It didn't work. I asked mgt about it. He said he was going to bring out more napkins to fix it. They could easily fix this with adding additional stoppers you can buy at Walmart, etc.

I love this place, my grandpa born in Florence Italy and I remember his pizza every time I come this place, customer service is great, specially young lady Penelope... strongly recommend
Food is delicious. Serving is slow but it does worth waiting. Great side pizza, excellent fettuccine Alfredo. Tables are 6 feet apart. Mask is not required. Quiet at lunch time. I do recommend this place a little bit expensive. But good food
