My children have requested I review 5 out of 5 stars after enjoying 2 bbq chick pizza last night. Both Looked pretty darnn good with perfect amount of evenly spread toppings. Nice and hot with friendly local staff. Thank you
The flavor was bland and oily I’ve actually tasted better from Olives for a fraction of the cost. But let me be clear I’m not rating the restaurant just this particular dish I am very disappointed with and will not order it again or recommend anyone else order this dish. You’re much better off going to an Olives
I love the establishment and it’s decor but the associates were racist and stereotypical on my visit I did not feel comfortable. Me being the person I am I was very cordial and kind I made no problems there whatsoever. I asked to dine in and one of the associates came back to give me my meal to go… what a better way to say you don’t want me in the establishment.
Best place for pizza lovers. Great customer service, quality and communication. Every weekend me and my husband go at this restaurant. They don't compromise on quality. Highly recommended!
The fish was a delight! The host was polite and attentive but managed to balance without being overly intrusive. There was a new take on the sea squid which was nice and the host was spot on regarding the parmesean on the menu. Great for cheese lovers and something not often found on the appy list :)
It has been a while since my wife and I have been here and the food makes me wonder why. The wings are great and the giant slice pizza is good and REALLY big. My wife got a shrimp pasta dish that was really good also. The service is exceptional and everyone greets you on the way in and says by on your way out. Check them out, you will not regret it.

Amazing service and integrity! We have been coming to Russos for a couple of years now and see never disappointed. Everything we have had is always delicious. Spaghetti and meatballs, pizza lasagna, Alfredo, pesto... I could go on. Recently we had a pesto dish and it appeared to have some sort of hair. We brought it to the attention of management, they took it to the chef and confirmed it was only part of the artichoke. However, for the misunderstanding, Daniel offered a dessert of which we were happy to enjoy! Tiramisu is amazing! Get it next time you're in.
It was my first time there. I was standing at the front area looking at the hanging menu. The waitress just came up and said here is the lunch menu and just pointed up... I tried to explain I was new and didn't know what is going on... A white couple came in behind me... The waitress lit up .. asked them to take a seat anywhere.. and she will be over with menu and drinks. I then asked why I didn't get the same service, she said she didn't know what I wanted, because I was standing there. It felt racially biased... I just started working in the area, and had the worst experience. I ended up ordering a slice of pepperoni and ceaser salad. I would have LOVED to try a calzone or pasta... But it was only the pizza and salad "hanging menu" that she pointed to. The pizza was burnt and had no cheese, the salad had 2 croutons. Will not try this place again.
I am surprised about some of the Spring Green Reserve reviews I've read. I've tried other locations but they don't compare so I make the longer drive to order from this one. I always order the lasagna and I've always been satisfied. But I ordered tonight and it was beyond magnificent! I can even say it's the best I've ever had. There are no words for what I've just experienced. Lol.It was simply perfect. That is all. :)*By the way, it was a pick up order. I didn't eat in so I can't really comment on the inside service.
