Overall a poor experience. Would not recommend....Food was ok. Service was ok. Manager was rude beyond belief. They made a mistake ringing in an adult portion of Fettuccine Alfredo instead of a kids meal for my 10 year old daughter (oh AND it was kids eat free Tuesday according to the sign on their wall, didn't know that until we arrived). Instead of apologizing and adjusting the bill, they said "there's nothing we can do.... tell the lady she can have 10% off, that's it" (All in Spanish, rude and loud, not expecting my born and raised Mexican wife to completely understand). She responded directly to the guy in the back and he still wouldn't do a thing.... Even though it was THEIR MISTAKE! I was blown away that this all transpired between table in the dinning room and the guy cooking....Probably one of the most smug "managers" (if that's what he was, he was cooking and the two servers were looking to him for answers) I've ever encountered in my life.... I plan to call and speak with someone higher up the chain about this guy since he obviously does't care about customer service or return guests. We will not be returning and will also be telling all of our friends about this horrible experience. Man, I miss when good food and service was the normal instead of the exception. $80+ for 3 people and a bad experience, no thanks.

Always fantastic gnocchi with red meat sauce!!! My favorite russo’s in houston and I will drive out my way to this location when I have the Russo craving!

I called 5 times and each time they openly hung up on my face. Will never order from here again. ):

I like it! I’ll definitely come back again. Taste fresh!

Awesome service, very kind and polite servers and waiters. Pizza was backed to perfection very delicious. 2 NY slices are sufficient for anyone, my favorite Russo’s outside of Houston???

I have been a patron of Russo's New York Pizzeria for decades now. The service at this location was absolutely horrible. We ordered gluten-free and wheat pasta which they told us they had and then 10 minutes later they came out to tell us that they ran out of it. There were only 2 other parties in the restaurant and they didn't order the pasta so that didn't make sense but we were calm about it and changed our orders. They brought out our order incorrectly and out of order. The soup and salad came after a plate of pasta. The manager instructed her employees to lie and state that the manager and cook had left when we asked to speak with a manager. Then after all of this while we were waiting to decide where we would eat next they came out and threatened to call the police on us. Another group of customers whose orders were also messed up came out and shared with us that they met the manger and she was a woman and indeed still in the establishment. We knew they were lying because what establishment leaves newly hired employees (who don't even know if the restaurant serves hot tea) alone to close up without a manager.

Service was good but Pizza was cold and chicken on the salad was not very fresh.

So disappointed- was over charged tonight $14, which in itself is not a big deal. However, the “manager” said there was nothing that could be done about it. I explained I would dispute the charge & suddenly they were able to correct the excess charge. In addition to this issue, I was charged for soup that I did not receive (another $5). My advice, is buyer beware & carefully monitor your order, receipts, and billing statements.

I am a picky eater and always skeptical to try a new place. The food is so, so fresh and the staff is very nice. Family friendly place to enjoy a tasty New York style pizza! Our family of 4 will be going back in the very near future.Meal: Square Cut Brooklyn Pizza-Pepperoni, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Veggie Vegan Pasta & House bread

Excellent service from the hostess/cashier. Great meal!
