food was good,prices reasonable, would be nice if employees could smile or be more friendly. I am glad Ritter's is here in Texas (I was familiar with the brand from Indiana), but the level of service isn't the same as Indiana locations, food is as good and would return.

Our go to for custard ice cream. Always new flavors and you can request a taste before ordering. Sometimes we will go there for an ice cream lunch.
The sno come was great but the customer service from the young man behind the register wasn't so great. Seemed like he was afraid to talk to the customers...I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order opposed to a "hi, what can I get for you".Other than that my treat was thirsty quenching!
The ice cream (frozen custard) is delicious. Very friendly and fast service. The packaging was perfect, nothing spilled in my car. I went through the drive-thru. I'll be back.
Been going here since I was a child in 2002 when I first moved to Houston. Very sad I’m moving and can’t take Ritters with me! Countless memories here from birthday parties, to family gatherings to first dates and a treat for my doggy’s last night.Highly recommend! Try out the custard pies for your next birthday celebration!
Nice place for ice-cream, icecream cakes have to be ordered 3 days in advance, they taste amazing.outdoor seating with alot of space
Great ice-cream. Be sure to check their daily flavors. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream is amazing (real cheescake, I'd advise adding some fruit topping to it for extra flavor).
Not impressed with the service. On a warm night like tonight it should have been packed. 1 person in line ahead of me. They messed up his order of one thing. Then I ordered two things and had to tell them twice that I had asked for lids because they were to go.
Have loved Ritter's for quite some time now. Always good to stop by and get good frozen treats. Keep up the good work
One of Cypress, TX best frozen treats. We had strawberry Italian ice and a turtle sundae which was all good.
