I had Cod...I know it is a great burger place, just wanted something different. It was good, fish a little over cooked but still tasted good! Serving size was a lot, ended up taking it home, heated up in air fryer yummy.Our waitress was on top of everything, pleasant and professional.Would I recommend this Red Robin, yes!!!
First time eating at a Red Robin in a long time. Very clean environment, server was very attentive, and we were seated quickly. Appetizer steak fries came out quickly, and that was impressive because, from memory, I felt like I had to request them last time.Food for our large group came out quickly, and everyone's food and drink orders were accurate.Overall, it was a very good experience at a well run location.
My family and I went for Sunday lunch and was disappointed with the quality of food. Our memories of what Red Robin used to be is no longer true to what they serve today. We all ordered burgers and the quality of the hamburger meat was similar to what you get in the frozen food section. We were all very disappointed with our burgers and definitely won’t be returning in the future.Besides our disappointment with the food, we thought that service was good for the little staff they had. I think I saw our waiter juggling at least 5 tables at once but he had help of food runners so our food service was quick but getting things like a knife or extra napkins was lacking.
This is the second time we have had terrible service here we will not be coming back the one at Marque closer into town is so much better
We have had great service the two times we have gone. All the employees are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal.
First time trying out this place. We were a big group but the servers are friendly and gave great hospitality. The food was so delicious I couldn't get enough of their fries. Definitely want to come back again.
I have had a couple of birthday parties for my kids here. It has also been a success. They are always cheerful and accommodating.
Late dinner with family. Had alittle problem getting seated but it may have been lack of hostess help. Once seated, the meal and service was good. Waiter was friendly and did a great job. Prices were nice. Overall a very good experience and will be looking forward to another visit.
Was a bit disappointed visiting this location. The restaurant wasn't in the greatest condition as it looked aged even though it isn't that old. The staff were friendly though. The food wasn't what I remembered (it's been a while since I've been to a Red Robin as there isn't one in the Kingwood area. The burger was far from gourmet as it looked and tasted like a frozen patty. It wasn't terrible, but they soaked the buns with sauce. Overall, the meal wasn't bad. My wife enjoyed her burger while mine left a lot to be desired.
My grandson's first ever time at Red Robin... He's living it!!! Thank all, the staff we met were courteous, attentive and we even got a visit from Mike the manager. Araceli greeted us, Taylor waited our table and Terrence delivered water at my grandson's request The food is great just like I remember it, 12 years ago...the last time I visited...my grandson was not even born... What a great time...so glad to know Red Robin has people & atmosphere still. We'll be back!!! FlyGuy & Lady.??
