good food good staff will be back
Is a very delicious and confortable restaurant!!
They seemed short staffed. We waited at least 5 minutes to be seated and xould clearly see an employee at the bar. They was only one customer at the bar at the time as well. Later found our he was placing a to go order.The bartender finally can and stated us then came back to take our drink order. He was apologetic and provided us complimentary salads for the wait.
Our OpenTable "preferred seating" was honored and we were seated promptly. We met our server quickly and ordered drinks. Sadly, she never offered refills (water and tea) although someone else (server or manager?) did refill our drinks. The salads arrived at a good time but she didn't clear away the bowls when the meal came... it's not a big deal but would have been a nice touch. We liked our meal and would have it again, it's nice of RL to offer an end-of-year special for teachers.
We had the "Endless Shrimp" and honestly there wasn't a thing I liked. it's not that I am that hard to please it was nothing including the salad & biscuits were good. For the price a meal should be something more than just something to eat! I can have cereal & milk at home that suffices for something to eat and not have to go out, pay the bill & leave a tip.
I am going to only Rate with 2 Stars, Because I’m so sad today 3/15/2022, I Ordered Curbside like I’ve also done in the Past as well, and when I Arrived, I then sent “Here”, to the App, and I was waiting for a very Long time, until I had to Send my Daughter to Pick up my Order from Inside the Restaurant and She said that my Order was just Sitting and No one was Bringing my Order to me, and I sometimes can’t walk, so I wouldn’t have received my Order if my Daughter hadn’t been there with me, and I noticed a bad Odor and Smell, like I Experienced also a week ago, and it smelled as if The Seafood wasn’t so Good, so when I got Home, I opened my Order and the Lobster’s were Half Cooked so I had to Recook them myself at Home, because I was way too Exhausted to Drive all the way Back to the Restaurant, and this is now the 3rd time within the Past 3 Week’s that This has Happened to me, and I did call to Speak to the Manager before about it, but nothing was Offered to be Remade or anything. I spent over $100.00 on my Order, which I’m very Disappointed with the Presentation of my Order. I also didn’t like the Seafood Stuffed Mushroom’s, because they weren’t looking the way they looked like when I Sat inside the Restaurant a Few Week’s ago, and I’m noticing that the To-Go Food is done very Differently, then when Eating inside the Restaurant. “I really love this Restaurant, but something’s got to Change”!! I got Sick to my Stomach both times that my Food wasn’t Fully Cooked on, and I am kind of Afraid to Call the Restaurant to Report this, Because I don’t think they’ll care to Fix the Issue, being that I have called Before and Nothing was Done. But, Everything Else is good Here.
I honestly love this location for take-out. They always hook it up! Of course their cheddar biscuits are the bomb, but have you ever tried dipping them in the lobster bisque? Thank me later.. they usually have a special where we get a buttload of coconut shrimp to go for a great deal. We always end up with too much food, but we’re not complaining!
1. They made us wait to be seated even though there were a handful of customers. 2. The staff looked least interested in the job 3. Took too long to take the order after being seated after long duration 4. Ordered several dishes for 7 persons, kids pizza was hard with just cheese thrown on a piece of pita bread 5. Salmon was undercooked 6. Other dishes not cooked or presented as per the Red lobster standards 7. In conclusion service and food below standards for a restaurant like RedLobster. Hope the management looks at this closely. Surely this experience is going to be a deterrent towards further visits….
Came to this location for a birthday celebration. Brehia was amazing. Very attentive got everything correct for our order, and checking in on us as needed. I was impressed with her since she was assisting the to go orders all while keeping an eye on our table. Food was prepared as we requested and arrived timely. Drinks were a bit slow but they were delicious so the small wait was worth it.
