Their chicken tenders are now the size of chicken nuggets. I’ve been here multiple times over the last year and the quality keeps going down. That’s ridiculous. The ketchup packet is bigger than the tender ?Sad they used to be my fave.

Just went to this location and I'm not a fan. I usually go to the one on Ella Blvd in the Houston area. Since they are always on point, my expectations were high for other locations. This was a huge disappointment. My Arnold Palmer tasted like it was watered down, the fries weren't fresh at all and my toast was nearly soggy and just downright terrible. I didn't even finish it. What's worst is my stomach instantly growled in pain. I hope I don't get food poisoning from this place.
First time stopping and eating at Raising Cane's for takeout and I was blown away by how tender and moist the chicken fingers were, the fries were nice and hot and the dipping sauce was the cherry on top wow.I will definitely be back when the urge for takeout hits me again, staff was very friendly, good food and good eating 5 star is a must.
The chicken tendies at Raising Cane’s are always warm, juicy and delicious. It is our go-to fast food joint if in need of a quick, tasty meal. The kids just love the food from this place. The drive through service is also fast and convenient and the service crew are friendly and courteous.
Walked in @ 11:55 w a crew of 10 still gave us the 5 star experience shout out the night crew on 11/12 if ur the manager reading this they put out
The service and quality has steadily been going down.I don’t understand a restaurant that allows kids to not do their job correctly or not have any customer service skills.Received old fried strips and cold hard fries today for both meals ordered today.When I went up to complain and ask for fresh fries at least, they just stood there mumbling to them selves but couldn’t help.They stood looking at each other then just turned away.All other cane’s are great, just this one is not up to par…I won’t return and I used to come almost every day or every other day on lunch break alone or with co workers.But not anymore.
