The food was terrible and overpriced. The seafood was not fresh, meat tasted like it was canned and did not have any good flavor. Gone downhill
We enjoyed dining at Rainfirest and our grandkids enjoyed it too. Good was delicious and we all loved the animation!

Chef Chrisâ blackened red fish is worth it! Came here celebrating another milestone for my niece at Texas Childrenâs in The Medical Center. #CancerSucks Only issue is the curved booth seats tilt if not set just right. Came to this location as the one in Galleria is no longer open.
We waited there for 30 minutes and still no food was served. My 3 year old got sacred about the noise and yet no one is taking care of us. I told the waiter that weâll pack whatever is cooked and then we run out of this place. All I see is waiters walk around or stand somewhere but no one will ask you if you need anything. Will never come back.
I booked my reservation probably over 2 1/2 weeks ahead. We were about 5 minutes late and the table wasnât ready for party of 8. Workers had to move tables and chairs in while we waited at the table. Our waitress was great.. 5 stars for her and her service BUT food was nasty! I wouldnât come back here again. Our kids food was brought out first and kids were done before the adults could begin. We ordered two fish and chips and they were salty and heavily breaded barely any fish in one order. My steak was dry.. I donât remember rainforest cafe steak being bad but today it was. The other two orders were good.. Honestly wouldnât recommend anyone for this restaurant.
My fish was served raw. And. The manager didnât even come and apologize or comp anything off my bill higher end restaurants will comp something off your bill to apologize and want you to come back It just seemed like the staff didnât really care or was annoyed I sent the plate back. I will not go back
The trip was amazing. Food was excellent service was great and my family enjoyed the time there
Waitress came to our table at seating took drinks order then never came back had to get a manager to find her she then came with an attitude and took our food order which never came to table chef had to bring it out and it was ice cold never got refills and couldnât even complain on food or service due to waitress coming back and managers disappeared as well
Our server was great! The food was really good ! Would definitely recommend
