Had to throw away two salads because the apples were old. Tried it again and no meat in sandwich I had to look for it to see if it was in there. they also put horse radish and I could not eat the whole thing.
Very tasty sandwich, bit expensive though for the size. Nevertheless, quality wise it is very good. I got the small Mediterranean sandwich.
The food is SOOO good. The staff is great too the problem I have is that it's not closer to my house. Lol
When I tell you that I viciously destroyed this sandwich before I even made it home the other night… I mean it was absurd. Photo for evidence. I crushed a Turkey original on white with Swiss in approx. 4 minutes. With a sprite. I’mPregnant so i mean, I know that I’m hungry but the way this sandwich hit spots I didn’t even know i had… ?. Their service is always great, food is always perfect, and location is clean!
The meatball sub I got was barely edible. The 'meatballs' tasted like they were mostly breadcrumbs and were so cold in the middle that they must have been partially frozen. There was so little marinara sauce that it must have been dribbled on with an eye dropper. It added no taste at all. The mushrooms I paid extra for amounted to half a dozen paper thin slices of canned mushroom that also had no taste. Of course since the sandwich was wrapped "to go" out of sight, I didn't find this out 'til I got home. I gave them two stars because their serving people were polite and attentive, but that isn't near enough to get me to go back there again.
The process was extremely easy and the order was perfect. Looking forward to making more orders just like this! And the food is great!!!!!

Got a BLTA and there was no avocado in it. What's the point, the slices of avocado would have been the half of the whole sandwich price and there was none. ??♀️
Sandwich, vegetable melt, was very good but half of the sandwich was warm and the orher half was cold.
First time in a Potbelly. It was fantastic. One bite and I knew this was my new sandwich shop! Love the decor and dining room too!
