Dirty tables and floor in dining area. Staff was inattentive to customers. Staff had language barrier to understanding English. Soda tasted bad. Biscuits provided upon receiving my order were hard and cold. Returned to counter to request fresh biscuits. No napkins were available at dining station. Had to ask for napkins. Will not eat here again!Some major revamp of this establishment is most needed to reach higher restaurant standards and focus on customer care . Management needs to be addressed…this location lacks proper management.
asked for the chicken combo and a large mashed potato & 3 extra biscuits and 6 beignets ,I got 2 chicken tender combos, regulars sized potatoes & no biscuits and 5 beignets. Usually I wouldn’t complain but they messed everything up and don’t answer the phone. I paid for things I didn’t get. Trash service.
First time here since before the pandemic. I ordered drive thru the new flounder sandwich. It was okay, the temperature was good. The drive thru took over 20 minutes to get the order ready, the microphone was not working so the attendant couldn't hear me, have to drive thru the delivery to place my order. It was a long line waiting took a lone time. Not coming back at this location.
Where to start ….they are never open when I try to go there. When I do catch this store open they are always out of whatever I’m ordering . Spicy chicken sandwich nope sorry no spicy tenders . They take 2-3 minutes to answer the intercom or to just acknowledge you. Just the worst Popeyes in existence.
The food is sometimes good and sometimes not. Always cold fries. The wait in the drive thru is unacceptable. I have sat in line for up to 20 minutes with no apology at the window. They seem to have a huge turn over In staff. I will drive a long way out of the way to go to a different location.
My husband put the order and 30 mins later when he asked if it was ready. It wasn't. Then the workers realized they have forgotten about it. We waited over an hour for some chicken tenders. Not cool.
good hot dad food I had popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders with a side of red beans and rice and a biscuit and i couldn't complain pretty good all the way around for a fast food joint.
There is other Popeye in the area. This is has a good feeder road location and I think the owners bank on that. I honesty stopped going to any Popyeys' because I just assumed they were all this slow and skanky.
This Popeyes is not the best as well. My fires had a bad taste to them. You don’t get fresh food!!!! Customer service is okay!
This place is so under manned it took 30minutes to get my fried chicken the food was hot and good but it was a while before I got it
