The manager said my $8.99 coupon was valid for $9.99 because of price increases. He would not accept the coupon within their own Popeyes app. He said there's nothing he can do and I'd have to pay the upcharge. He said if I didn't like paying more than the advertised price, than I'd be welcome to leave. Astonishing customer service. They just let anyone run one of those stores I guess?Sounds to me like a scam. I will never be going back to this place, and I'd recommend anyone go to the location off i10 and Mason. Way better customer service over there. Never had an issue at that one.
Mac and cheese was the best I got a 26 piece they were fast and friendly. They no longer have the cheap Tuesday Special it’s now $2.99 but it’s still a great place to go on occasion as the prices have gotten so high.
I asked for a three piece comb and got two piece. Not very good customer service I understood that it was Tuesday and probably they had been busy all day but customer service is still supposed to met some kind of standard.
Always good fried chicken. Spicy or mild.Sides are tasty, good size portions. The briskets are fresh every meal. Dine in and serve your drink as you need. Please don't waste, I might come in thirsty.Staff is always friendly even when they're closing, they'll take care of you to the last piece. Enjoy.
Staff are verry unprofessional. I did know with pandemic going they would be taking food back if order was nasty and didn’t tastes good. They made me drive all they way back. They refund me $8.00 after she said she would refund me my meal I paid for. I was supposed too get $23.99 plus tax back but she went and me for every side which are more when buy them individual. I never eat there again.
Absolutely horrible customer service. There's a new lady there who I believe Is is a manager short petite lady with black hair. Working the drive-through and taking orders laughed the whole time that she was taking my order. Then instructed the person giving me my food not to give me grape jelly. Probably the last time that I will be back. It's another popeye's location and the other direction just a little bit further that's where I will be taking my business.
I’ve notice this popeyes doesn’t have great customer service at all. Our food is never fresh when we come. Also we tried their Mac n cheese for the first time, and it was horrible!! I remember popeyes being good decades ago. Now it seems like their quality of food has really gone down. I’ll dry my own chicken at home.
Good food but I'm going to give it a one star just because of the lack of integrity from the employees. Last night around 8:30pm, me and my girlfriend went to get some Popeyes and walked up to the door to order from the lobby only to notice the door was locked but there were three young girls in the lobby dressed in civilian attire. There was a sign on the door that displayed the lobby schedule and the lobby was supposed to be open up until 11:00 p.m. I proceeded to go back into my car and call the business and instantly I noticed all three girls got up frantically and started looking around towards the parking lot. After 3 calls with no answer I decided to go through the drive-thru and I asked the guy at the window why The door was closed when it wasn't 11:00 p.m. and he told me that they were short of one worker and decided to close at 10:00 p.m. but then again I reminded him that it was 8:30 p.m. and also asked him why there were three young girls in the lobby and he told me that they were there for a job interview and that they were filling out an application (he said this very slowly and deliberately almost in an attempt to hide his lies). I was going to reply because what sort of business have job interviews to which they close the lobby to the public at 8:30 p.m. to three girls at the same time that weren't even dressed formally but was hungry. As I pulled off I saw six people waiting outside in the cold peeking into the lobby (at this point all 3 girls were EATING popeyes meals) and they asked me if it was open and I told them everything that just transpired with the window guy and how I suspected he was lying especially as we witnessed the 3 girls eating.P.S. I recorded the conversation with the window guy. I would think lying and being dishonest would be a trait that A well enowned restaurant like Popeyes would forbid but I am mistaken.
I ordered a 3pc chicken dinner, it should be a wing, a leg and athigh, but they give me 2 thighs but no wings.
The food it's delicious everyone Here is very kind and nice except this person (black hair with Cuban accent and she was working in the drive thru) who is very disrespectful she doesn't know anything about customer service I hope the manager here or at least the owner do something with her BCS she is also not nice at all with her coworkers probably they don't want to said nothing about BCS she looks like she is the "Boss" in there. Probably this place needs some training skilld for the customers service. We can't enjoy our food here and we take out BCS she was talking very loud.
