TERRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered mixed chicken but got tender instead. The store manager refused to give the right food. She asked us to bring the wrong order from yesterday back in order to get the right food.
When they first came they were good I ordered a 10 piece tender got home to a box of mixed chicken imagine my surprise.
This is not the first time that I’ve been disappointed with this location, buts it’s definitely going to be the last time. I ordered Mac and cheese…they literally gave me a clump of cheese with a few macaroni noodles. This is unacceptable!!!
Everytime I go here, I ordered mash potatoes and remind them not to forget my spoon. Guess what they forgot my spoon and gave me the wrong drink. I go there because it Is on my way to work. Stay at the window and check your bag before you leave. Food is good and cooked right.
I would like to thank Jose and his crew for a job well done! Jose is such a helpful, kind and understanding young man! I had to order quite a bit of chicken for a family gathering and was worried about having it done on time. Jose helped me with my order and had everything ready on time. I’m so very grateful! I have Myasthenia Gravis and was having trouble speaking that day. I meet a lot of impatient and uncaring people. Jose treated me so kindly and was patient with me. Now that’s awesome customer service! Kudos Jose!
Ordered a 1 shrimp tackle. All my shrimp were dry & over cooked smh. Horrible experience because I'm a shrimp Lover. Popeye's promotes their shrimp to be in world famous class. This was trash, a total disappointment.
During the daytime the food is OK... But at night when it's a lot of young kids there, the food is trash! I've gotten a chicken sandwich twice and both times it was not edible. Undercooked to the point you can see Pink. I don't have the time to go back because of my work hours, but if I could I would definitely take the food back... Complete trash!
I enjoy eating here but they mess up my order often. I would highly recommend anyone checking their bags before they leave. Sometimes, the person at the window can be rude.. but for the most part, food is still good.
my first time to buy from this restaurant. the chicken combo hmm??. the fish sandwich awesome. I love their fries. not salty. employees friendly. they walked me through my menu. I highly recommend
They don't know the difference between mild and spicy...I'm never going there again..
