Well, I would give 5 star last year but now I can’t . I mainly have problems with their decreasing portion size . Over the last 2 years I ordered it a dozen times through Uber eats, it was very good portion at beginning, then it got less and less! Last time I ordered it on May 6th, man , it’s awful small amount for a 3 protein bowl , it’s like they put a kid meal size inside a big bowl . It’s ridiculous. I understand your business maybe hurt so you already increase the prices , but put tiny teeny portion too? That’s unacceptable.
I love the food, however I have 4 stars because everytime I came they are always different about the portion, they sometime is full topping, sometime is less topping. Hopefully they can keep their portion always same.

Delicious!!! The seafood is so fresh and flavorful, the toppings are also very fresh and flavorful! The restaurant is clean, and The staff is very nice. I will definitely be back!
Cozy place with a relaxed vibe. Portion size could be improved for the price being paid. Also, they should provide sauce/dressing options other than just one option which is complimentary.
This is my second time ordering the first time it was missing things and it did not taste good so pokeworks gave me a free entree to give it a try one more time i went over there gave it a try it was good i liked it. So I decided to order again today through the app. It didn’t give me options for a spicy mayo or anything so i called them i asked for an extra chapstick and soy sauce and spicy mayo she said spicy mayo would be extra charge i told her they didn’t tell me that when i went over there she said it’s ok i can add it. The food came with no soy sauce no spicy mayo but they added the chopstick. I don’t know what’s wrong you have a business you make a mistake once not twice especially if you reach out and try to make it right. I gave it multiple chances. It’s just not working.
I visited Pokeworks in Katy for the first time last weekend. The food was good and the service excellent! Makenna was the BEST! I told her I had some diet restrictions and she made sure I was taken care of! I will definitely visit again!! Thanks for a great experience!
Accidentally ordered pick up instead of delivery and when I called they basically said I had to pick it up. When I went to pick up they didn’t even have it in the fridge or anything. Just sitting on the counter. There’s definitely other poke places near me that I’ll be spending my money instead.
I came in for the first time today and was very impressed. The overall vibe of the establishment was very calm and laid back. I really enjoyed the food that was made for me as soon as I ordered. I could tell that all the ingredients are prepared fresh everyday. The crunch of the fresh greens perfectly paired with the freshness of the fish in my burrito. The sauces definitely helped to make the flavors pop. The service was fast and excellent. Rachel served and wrapped my burrito perfectly. This is an all around great place if you want to eat fresh healthy food, and I can definitely see myself coming to eat here more often and becoming a regular.
Pretty disappointed in the last 2 visits. Their food tasted great however their portions seems to be getting smaller with each visit. When I addressed this to the manager his reasoning is that their Poke sauce causes the lettuce to shrink/push down making the bowl appear smaller. Wouldn’t that be the case for every bowl I’ve ordered since I order the same thing every time?I tried to see if they could address the issue and this answer clearly showed otherwise.
