This is literally THE WORST Pizza Hut I have ever purchased from.The last time we ordered from there was almost a year ago, and I swore I would never spend money with a Pizza Hut again solely bc of the experience I had from them. Not only did they completely disregard that I asked them specifically to NOT leave my Pizza on the ground, but there were also more issues with the order outside of it being cold and the driver not even trying to see if we knew he put it on the ground before practically running to his car and speeding away. They gave us the run around about refunding for the pizza for at least a week. I finally got to speak to a manager, and she was legitimately the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a restaurant. I called corporate who said they’d call me back for more details and they never did.Fast forward to tonight… we decided to give them a try again…Ordered pizza and cinnamon sticks at 1031 pm—-50-60minutes delivery time… kept updating the tracker bc it was getting close. Called after 1131pm to ask if there was an issue with the site bc it kept saying “we are making your order” since about 1100. I called a few times bc they kept not answering. At 1152, I got a text from them stating that “Pizza hut has modified or canceled your order”. They charged the card. No one contacted us, and they still won’t answer the phone. Now I remember why I said I’d never spend another dime with Pizza Hut
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 5 pizza's and they were ready on time. So you get one store for ruining my pizza in a timely manner.When I got to the event the Pizza's were for we opened the boxes to discover they were burnt. There is NO WAY the people making the Pizza's didn't see this. They boxed it and DID NOT CARE. I will wait to here from Pizza Hut but after using that store for many years for several large orders, I may not go back. And offering a $20 credit for a ruined $110 order is an insult.
Ordered pizza at 7:35, estimated delivery was 8:06, tracker said out for delivery at 8:21. We called at 8:53 and were told the delivery driver just left again bc he had forgotten part of an order but that he was on his way. Called again at 9:18 bc it still wasn’t here. Was told again that the driver had just left bc he had forgotten something. When I pointed out that I had been told the exact same thing 30 minute prior, he said I hadn’t been told that. When I disagreed, he hung up on me. While waiting, I looked up the reviews…..seems I’m not alone. Seems this is a regular occurrence for this location. And I also noticed that the owner of this location (corporate office informed me this is a franchise location) has never replied to a single review. Guess he flat doesn’t care that his employees are incompetent, rude, liars, and don’t care about his business. Pizza finally got here a little over 2 hours after I ordered as I was getting off the phone with corporate. The pizza was lukewarm and the breadsticks were hard as a rock.
I went in to order, I thought it would be quick and there was no menu around anywhere.A young guy there didn't say anything or greet us. I asked for the menu he told us to scan the qr code.I asked if he knew the specials he said he didn't know anything.The menu took so long to download, that's why I asked. Again, he said I don't anythingWorst service ever!He literally refused to help us.I'd rather go somewhere else.
I pulled up to curbside pick up at 5:00, a rep walked out after I added an order chessy bread sticks. Apparently during the shift change I was forgotten about for 30-40 mins. When I got home noticed the tomatoes weren’t on the pizza, I called and asked and was told they were out. My pizza and wings were cold.
Evenly spread toppings on pizza and pay attention to special instructions provided via ordering online. This is the third time I’ve been dissatisfied with my pizza. Pay attention to detail please. Thank you
I know there are staffing shortages but don’t mark my pizza as out for delivery at 5:03 (was supposed to be delivered by 5:15) and then not show up until 5:50 pm. Also driver stood at door waiting for me to open it so not contactless delivery like I requested. Will have to find someplace else to get pizza from as this place has continually gone downhill in the last two years.
They never answer the phone. The phone rings and everything after a while they just hang up. Tried calling 3 times.

I have lived near this location for almost 5 years being that this location is so convenient and it’s the only one that delivers to my neighborhood I have casually used it on Friday nights to order pizza for the family like normal people do however time and time again my order comes wrong and it comes past the time that I get notifications that it’s on the way out I never do reviews however I have had it and because I try to again speak with the manager at the store location I just decided I need to really speak on this location and what I have experienced and hopefully this is helpful to someone else . My order was placed at 7:17 PM I received confirmation that the order was out for delivery at 7:35 PM my order was not delivered until 9:02 PM after placing six calls to the location and everyone is telling me that the driver is out one gentleman even mention my order number was 93 but they were already in the hundreds so I should have been received my order Yet and still it took 45 minutes after that call for me to finally receive my order when you call the store the young lady that answers is so on interested in anything dealing with customers and obviously because I’ve called several times this evening even the manager didn’t want to take the time out to speak with me stay away from this location if all possible and guess what the big finale once I receive the order it was not what I ordered I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage and half jalapeños regular hand towels quest and buffalo mild wings I received a pizza with pepperoni sausage and hamburger I believe and stuffed cheese crust and barbecue wings amazing right!
