Pho Barr is a bright little restaurant for fairly good Vietnamese food.Went to have lunch here with a couple of friends for the first time. I already have a favorite Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Ben, so I was looking forward to try another to compare it to. As we walked in, I quickly noticed the modern, stylish vibe of the restaurant, which was nice. We were the first customers for lunch, so service was very responsive. I ordered a chicken rice bowl and we all shared two bulgogi fries. Once again, I already have a favorite when it comes to bulgogi fries (Oh My Gogi! bulgogi fries) so I was also looking forward to trying Pho Barr's fries.My chicken rice bowl was no doubt tasty. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the broth wasn't bad. However, it was not up to the standard Pho Ben had set for me. The chicken was a tad too sweet and saucy, and the broth was a bit too salty and slightly too greasy. The bulgogi fries were also good. But once again, Oh My Gogi fries set the bar a bit too high for Pho Barr. Pho Barr's fries were so crispy it was almost.. dry? The bulgogi was good but not as tasty as Oh My Gogi's. I had a great lunch experience here, but with my favorites already in place, I doubt I would eat here again. It was great to try, though! But for my next Vietnamese food craving, I'll just go back to Pho Ben.
Good food, beautiful wall decoration, friendly staffs.We ordered Beef Pho, Sizzling Beef on hot stone plate, vietnamese pork bbq sandwich and Takoyaki. Tasty Pho, excellent sources in sanwich and Takoyaki. A bit sweet on thr Sizzling beef.
This place was on point! Everything was delicious. My son was disappointed that his grilled shrimp rice plate came out too spicy for him. It wasn't indicated anywhere but for those that can eat spicy it's delicious. Just not for my 9 year old.
This is a small little nice restaurant and has no alcohol.very friendly staff and nice interiors inside.the place is very clean.the soup was nice and drink was to good
Amazing service, the pho was fantastic the chicken wings--- SO GOOD. We loved everything we ordered and will be making this our go-to spot!
The food was delicious. I had some pork spring rolls and a rice plate with beef. Both were great and a good portion on the plate. I left very satisfied and impressed with the taste. If your in the area and want Vietnamese, I would recommend it
Great experience, the service was phenomenal in our visit; the place is super clean as well. We went during lunch and the ambiance and de orations were on point. The yea we ordered was super good, the pho was great but the broth could have a little bit more flavor, we also ordered a sandwich which was fresh and crispy.
This Place is so good, every item we tried was well prepare and delicious. The teas are good, service is great. The Dark and white chicken pho my favorite. My Kids love this place.
Very cute place to eat! Not only the ambiance is very good, but the food also delicious. They have a different type of beverages (Boba tea, green tea, viet tea…) which I really like it! Strongly recommended!
I came with my husband and we had wonton soup and bo luc lac/sizzling beef that comes with a side of fried rice. Both of the dishes taste wonderful. The service is outstanding. On the other hand, the restaurant looks really cute with lots of trendy slogan neon lights and painted mural. I also got myself a peach milk tea with boba which also tastes amazing. Highly recommend this place.
