Saturday 1030 am stopped in for a quick toasted bagel.No line and two customers at the registers.Ordered one toasted bagel and a milk.After 10 minutes of the waiting I casually approached the registers and the manager lady asked if she could help. I told her my orderMy bagel had not even been sliced yet so she grabbed it , toasted it and gave it me with a nice apologyToo many kids running around doing nothing and one of them almost ran into me with bagel in hand. I counted at least 8 tables covered in crumbs that needed wiping down. I doubt if the fast line kiosk idea can help if staff that aren’t doing their jobs.I will just order curbside next time and toast it at home.The bagels are always awesome.

They ran out of lettuce and spring mix after we ordered and sat down. Manager said they went to “go get it” told us it would be a long wait and never once apologized. My Asian salad had one large piece of chicken and that was it. Manager needs further customer service training. Could offered a free dessert cup of coffee something?!? Nope

Order number 709672042. Order was suppose to be done at 8:11. The order was completed at 8:08. I got to the area ar 8:12. I have never been to this store before. It is now 8:32 I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to find the store all because you guys don’t have your sign on. Now I have $27 worth of cold food. First and last time I’ll be coming here.

This Panera bread location is going down and fast! We have gone here many times before and this time, it was for a weekday dinner. Absolutely no energy or attention from the staff, and no one seemed to be in charge so it was slow and careless attitude overall. They're clearly pushing for the food delivery instead of dine in so we'll avoid this restaurant.

This establishment is the filthiest place I have ever had the misfortune of eating at. The walls at our booth were covered in grime and old food. I looked up and saw every single vent was surrounded with caked on dirt and dust. It was so off putting we chose to take our food home instead. They had 3 food runners just standing at the counter. Management needs to utilize their crew better. My food was accurate at least but I don't even feel comfortable eating it at this point. I don't even want to imagine what it looks like in the areas we CAN'T see.

Not the best Panera Bread. Everytime I order food, it arrives missing an item. Their solution, a store credit that can never be found for your next order. Tried using the app for pick-up, no one ever came out to my car. I was told they "were on the way" twice. Finally I went in and got my cold food myself. It's really a shame because my work is so close, I would like to order more often.

Rude and inattentive.I went in and placed an order with a light skinned girl with really long braids. She didn’t say hello, thank you or any kind of pleasantries….fine whatever….. but when I PAY you for my my food and you walk away without giving me my receipt and them have an attitude when I ask for it, then ask another team member to “ give her her receipt “ and wave your hands dismissively is just unacceptable. Do better!

All in all it wasn't a bad experience. Dining room wasn't very clean and there didn’t seem to be a anyone monitoring it. We stayed for about 20 minutes and we had to clean our own table. Food was consistent with other Paneras.

Service in this location has gone from bad to worse over the last few months. Items are never available, fast lane kiosk never has large cups, and most staff is very unknowledgeable. If the female manager is not in everything is a mess.
