One of my favorite places for breakfast. blueberry bagel with cream cheese is very delicious. The spinach artichoke soufflé is also delicious.The broccoli cheese soup is also tasty.Great selection of charged lemonades and hot beverages.
I don’t usually leave reviews nor like to complain but this was just too ridiculous to not let others know about. As a review before mine had said- service here needs some improvement/help. Employees likely need more training both with making the food + customer service skills. There was a mistake LITERALLY every step of the way… and the most funny part is that they made me feel in the wrong for complaining about the mistakes they REPEATEDLY made. Feels great just trying to get my order fixed while all staff came out to glare in my direction.My order was taken incorrectly, I was charged for a drink size they didn’t have any more cups for, they also sold me a drink that wasn’t even in stock at this location, and it took them 3 attempts to fix one sandwich in our order. I sent back the incorrect order and the same incorrect order came back in which an employee said in front of me “I didn’t make that sandwich” to shift blame…To add insult to injury- they didn’t even make our other orders correctly. The food was clumpy/cold and missing ingredients but at this point I’m tired of complaining and don’t even want to eat anymore. Truly an infuriating and embarrassing experience. Please do better.
Came to this Panera and had an extremely good experience. The manager Alex was amazing!Thanks for excellent service and good food. Highly recommend. They also have a drive through which made it so convenient.
What the hell is this! I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado meltAnd this is what I got, This looks disgusting, I will not be eating this, This was closest Panera near me which is 15-20 mins away from me. I have never seen this sandwich made this way. Very disappointed.
Their self serve order by tablet is clunky and time consuming. I found it to be too much of a hassle. Also, for the price point, I expect some SERVICE- especially when the system prompts you for a tip, what a joke! Not to mention that the system said "sold out" on so mamy items at 1pm on a Saturday!... i walked out on my order, which I almost never do. Just not worth it. Very disappointing experience. I love Panera, but probably won't be returning to this one for a while, if at all.

We have ordered delivery two times now. The first time they just left it outside our suite door and today the driver took it to the wrong address. She then went and picked it back up and the bag was opened and food cold. Panera uses Doordash to deliver! HORRIBLE service. When I called the first time to let them know they said to contact doordash because it is out of their hands once it leaves them. Today I had to leave a message because no one answered.
Bad service. None of the food was good. Asked for sweet tea and they gave us colored water. Place smelled like trash which matches the taste and service. This Panera is going downhill and it’s a shame it used to be so good.
Food was great. Service needs help, only one cashier and she was rude because people didn't want to use the tablets. I personally find it convenient to self check out but there's no need to be rude to customers that don't. The order was placed right but when the food came out one person's meal was missing and a soda cup.
Food was great. However, the staff at the kitchen were rude and loud, to the point of really disturbing the dining experience. Restaurant was dirty. We have been dining here for 7 years and it's the first time this happens.
