2 things that drive a restaurant for me are consistency in quality of food and an empathetic/friendly staff. The establishment has both, which is a reflection of quality management.While I have never had a bad server there, and there are so many outstanding ones, one server seems to rise above the others, and that would be the bartender Anna.Anna is valued by the staff as someone they can lean on, as you can hear her name called from all sides of the bar, simultaneously. Yet, she can still make you feel like you are the only customer she has, and never miss lick. Anna, is a reflection of the character of this establishment, first class.Besides her cool eyebrows, as another reviewer pointed out, her nails are always PERFECTION on display.

Service was great and food overall was good but I was a little disappointed with the filet mignon.
Another awesome meal. The steak was delicious. The blooming onion was awesome. Service was outstanding. The outdoor patio was very nice. My only complaint would be that there was not enough lobster on my lobster and steak plate. Overall everything was excellent though!!! Thank you Outback
We dined in here and everything was pretty good. Our waiter was probably one of the best in this area. The new Bloomin Shrimp was excellent! Other than a few mess ups, like forgetting dressing for the salads and having to track down our waiter and something really gross as a party of young Prom goers threw up all over their table...Other than that food was great and dining area was clean.
Great night! Great food! Our server Austin was great on service and really nice. Food was delicious and overall really think this is a great establishment. I eat out a lot and met a lot of servers, but Austin was one of the most attentive and overall really chill. Appreciate the night and definitely recommend others to try it out??
You are missing out if you don't go and experience the Outback steakhouse in Katy, TX. The management is above 5 stars thank you Mike and Sam for having such great food and Anna is awesome she is another you will want to sit at the bar she is very curteous and accommodating! This Outback is a must!
I had a great time and awesome food at this Outback. Drinks were on point, the server knew the menu and was very prompt when we sat down. Food came out fresh and hot, my steak was amazing. The restrooms were clean which is a must when I got out to dine. I asked for the manager to let him or her know how happy I was with the service. Samantha the manager came by our table and she was a delight to speak with and I let her know that this place was awesome!
Kayla is the BEST server! She took amazing care of us. The managers are the sweetest and do their best to make every customer satisfied. Will always be my outback location because of the amazing customer service i received and continue to receive! It’s a bonus that the food is amazing!
I love this Outback! Every time I have come the staff has been so warm and welcoming and the new chefs have been making my food perfectly. My servers have been great and My hubby and I have been coming a couple times a month just to enjoy the fun vibe! The manager is always so welcoming.
