The coffee, lattes, and ginger teas are DELICIOUS! You don’t have to worry about that “bitter” taste that you get at some coffee places, this is smooth stuff! The coffee shop is spacious, amazingly decorated, and the restrooms are always clean! Nice locally owned Katy family too, so I love supporting local businesses. I’ve had so many tasty drinks here and plan to have many more!
One11 is my go-to coffee shop for my morning latte. The owner is incredibly kind, knowledgable and a joy to talk to. Not only is the coffee fantastic, but so are the breakfast items, cakes, and ice cream. Will definitely continue to come back, and would encourage you to do the same.

This place has great coffee and atmosphere. I've been here many times and the coffee never disappoints! I will continue to come heresince it's worth it, considering what this place offers in regards to.quality. I understand we all go through stuff and have bad/off days however, I do wish the staff were more welcoming is all.Seems a bit too serious at the counter with all the silence. Regardless do highly recommend this place!

The place is very appealing, the decoration is beautiful, the coffee and the cakes are delicious, but unfortunately the attention of the man who is taking care of the business is terrible.I’m writing this review since it’s not the first time that I have had an unpleasant experience. The last time I went was to celebrate a friends birthday. We were 15 people and the man in charge was upset by the size of our group, and when some of my friends went to place their order, he answered them with a very bad attitude and told them that he was going to make an extra charge of 20% because we were a large group. Keeping in mind that one of my friend went 2 times prior to the date to confirm it was fine.With an extremely bad attitude, he said we wouldn’t even spend $5 each, which is satirical since a cupcake runs for over $6 dollars and a cup of coffee is $6 dollars. Humiliating and offending is not a way appreciate clients who are willing to spend their hard-worked money and time in their shop.As mentioned before, this is not an isolated incident. On a previous occasion I went with my daughters and the attention of the owner was as rude and unpleasant as this time. It is a place where I would not return and I definitely would not recommend anyone to do so. I gave him one too many opportunities in case he was having a bad day.If you’re having a series of bad days I pray that God bless you, but you shouldn’t treat the customers that He sends to your business with such disregard.
There’s a drive-thru here. The deco in this place is chic and modern and the atmosphere is just lovely. Place is clean and with WiFi. They have outside seating too. Definitely a place I’ll recommend for coffee/tea.
Great service and coffee! I visit one 11 on one of my many trips to Houston. As always, I’m usually on the hunt for amazing coffee. Everyone knows Houston is a saturated market but one 11 really hit the spot for me. The interior is cute and the servers are great. Take out and drive through are efficient as well. Definitely will visit again!
Best coffee In Houston, latte was right texture and right temperature. Their beans have roasting dates on them.
