Excellent service from the beginning till the end. The food was very tasteful and deliciously satisfying. Our server, Marisa, was Super Awesome! We definitely recommend this Olive Garden. I ordered the Tour of Italy and my bf ordered the Cheese Ravioli with Meat sauce. Both were served with freshly made breadsticks. I ordered mine with a salad and he ordered his with a Chicken and Gnocchi Soup. For drinks, I had a Raspberry Lemonade and he ordered a Bellini Peach Tea. Overall the experience was very delightful. I haven't dined in yet. I ordered for curbside pickup and it was an awesome experience. Very impressive. The food was as delicious as anticipated. When I look at the experience I can't find a single thing that I wasn't pleased with. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because I haven't dined in yet so I wanna leave room for them to earn the 5th star.
To start off with the host with black hair and bad eyeliner had an attitude and interrupts you if you’re speaking too fast for her liking. The wait was around 35-45 minutes but we were thankfully seated after about 20 minutes on a busy Sunday night. Once seated David our waiter was fast, efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately one of our meals had undercooked chicken which our waiter fixed immediately and brought our new meal out in around 10 minutes. All around if it weren’t for the fast and efficient waiter the host alone would have ruined the entire dinner experience with her slick and under mining attitude.
The food is always hot and fresh, any of the crews are always friendly and amazing hard workers but there’s only one thing and is the bad smell like the carpet needs to be wash and the dust needs to be done if not daily at least once every other day.

Ordered curbside on a very busy SuperBowl & Valentines weekend. The order was ready in 30 min. as scheduled and brought out as soon as I checked in. It was packed really well such that it could be warmed up if needed. Had Tour of Italy & Shrimp Scampi. Both very tasty and came with huge salads and breadsticks in a pouch to be warmed. Saving cheesecake for later but it looks yummy. Refreshing to visit a well managed, organized business.
I placed a dinner order for my daughter and myself at 2:30 on Thursday to be picked up at 5:30. I ordered the kids pasta with chicken and grapes and the soup and salad. I arrived at 5:15 and called to let them know I was there. The MANAGER. Told me he was bagging it and it would be out “in just a moment”. I sat for 45 minutes and watched as car after car got there order and left. Finally at 5:50 I called back and let the staff know what was happening. About 5 minutes later a “manager” brought the order out, pushed it through the car window (it knocked the bag over) and then he walked away. When I got home, my soup had spilled all in the bag from the manager tossing the bag in the car, my daughters pasta was so cold it was all stuck together. NO CHICKEN AND NO GRAPES….. when I called the restaurant I was told they we’re sorry and they HUNG UP!!! Won’t be going back, and you staff and especially MANAGEMENT needs training.
Good food always. Friendly hostesses they even seat one customer without trying to put you at the bar area, way to go ladies. Servers need a little refresher, they need to listen, pay close attention to what the customer is asking for, and not assume every one fits into the same mold. Not everyone wants a glass full of ice in their drinks, some of us ask for a light dose of ice. Or pour half the bottle of dressing on your salad.It's still one of my go to places wherever I travel.
We went to Olive Garden on I-10 West, in Houston Texas, on a Sunday afternoon, approx 5:30. Once we were seated, our server was very nice, and she took our order, and brought our drinks. We ordered two of the $5.00 dinners to go when we ordered our meal. Our Server said she would bring the two meals to go, when we finished our meal. So, we received our meal, the kitchen had made a mistake on one of our meals. So, our server fixed the meal, and we began eating. However, when we paid our bill on the kiosk, our server came by our table to apologize that the kitchen advised her that they were out of the $5.00 take home meals. We felt we should have been told when we ordered, or, they can simply not offer the take home meal at all.Lastly, our server came by to apologize again, because the restraunt was also out of the after dinner mints that Olive Garden ALWAYS serves as you are paying your check. This location was not that busy, but yet, they are out of the two things that Olive Garden is well known for offering their customers. We had asked our server if we could speak with the manager, however, The manager never came by our table. So, not a fun, or, pleasurable evening at Olive Garden, and we will take a break from Olive Garden for a while.
A Hostess with a smile ? by the name of Karena was upmost KIND & FRIENDLY in seating my husband and I for lunch. She asked how our day was going, and she guided my husband to the restroom... because he was lost!!! THANK YOU ?for caring about the elderly! ?️??We really appreciate the service and the food was delicious!!! Never disappointed
