Food is really great especially the mirapakodi appetizer is awesome
Tried twice. Pretty disappointing. Even the signature biryani was sub par the first time and just okay the second time. The chicken tikka masala was also just okay. Was hopeful of a good Indian restaurant in katy, but unfortunately this one did not cut it. I hope they up their game - it would be nice if they can serve good and tasty food in this part of H-town.
This is my second TOGO order and I loved the consistency. I ordered egg biryani and the chef actually took an effort to fry the boiled egg (both the times). This is what I was looking for: consistency.Spice level was perfect for my palate (I love spices and hot food). Specifically, I enjoyed the thick red-past at the bottom the container.I simply hope moving forward they keep the same quality of food. Usually I have seen restaurants open with excellent quality and then dwindles down in just year or two. I will be back.
Where to begin is the hard part about this review to start an amazing atmosphere with the nicest smiles I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The food here is amazing, (both veg and non veg opt.)and im glad its opened up within walk distance of my house on top of this it's deals on the week days makes this the spot to keep your eyes on all week long so if you are looking for good Indian or are in the area this is a high recommendation.
We visited Nawabs Biryani today for dinner and overall it was an amazing experience! We ordered special Chicken biryani, Tandoori chicken and paneer tikka masala along with butter naan. Everything was really good and had authentic Hyderabadi taste. Ambience is really good too! A hidden gem in Katy and everyone should give it a try and support local business! The owner is very friendly too and you will not be disappointed!
One of the best Briyani shop in town. Especially the Hyderabadi chicken dum was delicious.and even all types of briyani, appetizers and side dishes are excellent. The food preparation is always fresh and delicious. The restaurant manager, Prasad and staffs are friendly and help with the food selection. The food price is reasonable.
This is my second time ordering here. The first we got some chicken dum biriyani and tandoori chicken. That was good. This time got the tandoori legs and they were just burnt to a crisp. The chicken was burnt so badly it’s hard to even break it apart and chew it. This place seems like it can swing either way.
Have to be lucky to get a good cut of Biryani, my box had a ball of spices.. not sure if this place will retain its customers.I’m not going!
There was only one person working and I felt bad for them. Food took a little more than an hour to arrive which was disappointing, but again there was only one person working and apparently the chef wasn’t there? No chef when we came so they were out of kebabs and bread and a good chunk of the menu. The mango lasi came out like it’s been on a counter for too long, but it would have tasted better if it was cold. Ordered chicken tikka masala and the sauce was pretty good, but the chicken felt hard.Food was ok for the most part, but the wait was way too long. Need to hire more people.
Placed a catering order for 43 people, the quality of the food delivered has been top notch. The folks that took my order demonstrated exceptional professionalism right from the time of taking my order, suggesting the right dishes for the event and was able to deliver the food right on time. Everyone who tasted the food was extremely satisfied. The samosas, apollo fish stood out amongst the items ordered, thanks for making our event successful, thanks.
