I came here Wednesday night and had a horrible experience and did not even get ANYTHING for my time wasted and patience. Spent almost an entire hour here on a to go order….Waited in line about 20 minutes before I could even order..not sure if they are understaffed or what. I ordered one mod pizza to go and waited patiently. After about another 20 minutes I noticed something was wrong. Other people after me were receiving their food….then an employee comes up to me and states that they somehow lost my pizza??? And that I had to reorder and wait again but it will only take a few more minutes (ya right). I was honestly fuming but so hungry I kept it together. They began remaking my pizza and i waited (really wasted) even more time. All I got from this horrible experience was a “ya sorry about that.” I feel like that was such poor management and customer service. As someone who is familiar with the hospitality and restaurant industry, this was so unprofessional.
The mad dog pizza was super good and the toppings were fresh. I recommend spinach and red onion. Also my boyfriend enjoyed his half with bacon on it. They have choices for every taste bud. I loved the decor inside as well. It was a great spot for a small company lunch. The pizza wasn't greasy or processed tasting. I loved this pizza because it tasted way better than other pizza places. I also enjoyed the service and how quick it was to get a fresh hot and tasty pizza. Thank you MOD Pizza! Also I was hungry and the pizza tasted so good that I forgot to take a photo until after we took a few bites lol.
Grabbed 2 pizzas and the amount of toppings they add to each pizza is staggering. Other places limit your topping choice or charge a crazy amount more for more toppings
I had sent my order to the wrong Mod Pizza (there are two on Fry Rd.) and even though it was my mistake, the staff bent over backwards to remake my order, and apologized to ME for the affair. I made sure to leave a decent tip, and will definitely be back based on the service I received.
First, second and third of all, everybody who works here is SO friendly and nice from the moment you walk in the door to on your way out the door. Fantastic staff. The setup for making your own custom pie is fun and unique as well. Clean environment, food is very good. I have to say that as someone from a pizza mecca region of the NY/NJ area, this wasn't the most amazing pizza I've had, and there might we'll be better pizza in this area that you'd trip all over yourself to get. But this pizza here was still very good, and it's a positive experience here that will most likely inspire you to want to come back.
Just spent the last 5 minutes picking out olives from a pizza that was incorrectly made. I placed an online order and received a completely different pizza. There are missing ingredients like basil and ingredients that I did not even ask for like the olives. I want to be sympathetic as there might have been a rush etc. etc. but I’m so upset because I did not get what I ordered.
I never ate pizza in an amazing place like this, it is the best place to eat, you choose what you want on your pizza and you have it in less than 10 minutes on your table. Congratulations you are now one of my favorite places!❤️❤️❤️
Decent pizza that can be customized for a fixed price, friendly staff, but do not go when there is a school fundraiser or a busy weekend because the wait is very long. There is only one oven that constrains capacity so patience can be a virtue.
Pizza’s are quick and delicious! It was my third time coming here with definitely more visits in the future. I had screwed up my order and accidentally submitted an order for the other Fry location. I have to give a shout-out and much appreciation to Dana who could took care of my order regardless. Really shows the level of customer service there that makes a customer a repeated one. All of the other staff there were very friendly too. Much thanks.
I eat once or twice in this places, but today i went to my family at 10:40, and i know it is too late, and the people wants to go home. but what a horrible experience there were two guys that literally made the worse pizza ever, and burned it. instead look like a pizza it looks like a oreo
