Tonight, we walked outside and had our beer. A lady manager told us that we couldn’t take our beer so we stood by the trash can to finish it and some man with her started yelling at us to throw them away not to drink them. Then proceed to tell us that to walk on and not say anything.This was our first time to this bar and the man was rude and aggressive.We are not from Texas. There was no reason to be rude and disrespectful. Why this man thought it was acceptable to talk to 2 women in the manner he did and the manager just let him was unacceptable.The bartenders were amazing.This is clearly not a place for single women or anyone that is not a local.
Traveled from Michigan to experience this legendary place. It absolutely lived up to the hype! The service from a bartender nicknamed “14” was exceptional and completely professional. I had the pleasure of meeting MO Jr. and what an outstanding example of a gentleman he was. Overall, this place is simply the greatest entertainment venue in the big ole’ state of TEXAS!
Great little honky-tonk bar. Friendly staff and awesome bartenders! They have some amazing live music from local bands to country award winning performers! Also it’s a safe bar and zero tolerance for trouble. Authentic tacos on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night?served outside as you head home.
Moe's Place was the best venue I have ever been to. Moe & his family are such a wonderful people! I went to see my favorite country singer Granger Smith. It was such an amazing show! Moe really love his place and the artists that play there! I couldn't say enough good things. If you are considering going here, please do, you will not be disappointed.
If I'm honest, I don't like their cover charge on nights they do charge, but it's usually worth it. I just cringe at the idea of cover anymore. I just want a low key bar with good music and good people. Good energy, good band now and again, and the occasional dancing. Sadly, this place fits, most nights, but on weekends I have often chosen other places for the reason of cover charge alone. I'd rather tip well than pay cover. But this is not a reflection of the staff or the experience... Moreso my saltiness. ?On the "off days" it definitely has the more laid back bar feel. Dj/Karaoke often keeps things interesting. The bar staff has always been friendly to me and my friends.Much like any bar/business... You treat them right, they'll treat you right. Stick with good bar etiquette, and you'll very likely have a good evening.
Great place, great show. Had a great time at Granger Smith. Paid for a VIP table and loved it. Only complaint was seeing other people sneak in on the VIP table next to us and be allowed to stay. No one is monitoring that situation. Doesn't change the value we received though.

Beautiful country western place to dance here in Katy, it is a must go if you are visiting and for locals too. I had so much fun!. They have bands coming to play and 3 bars. The cost was $8 per person last time I was there.
