1st time trying this place and it was an amazing experience. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. We got the Yakisoba Chicken and Teriyaki Steak. We'll definitely put this place in our rotation.
Really liked this place. Nice neighborhood location. Very friendly staff. The sushi was pretty good; would have like to have seen more variety if we're getting the big set to share. Came with your standard tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, and escolar. Could've thrown in some scallops, unagi, salmon belly, or roe. Something personal to the place to make it interesting. The tempura was too heavy and doughy, almost like funnel cake, kinda odd but not bad. Love that it's BYOB, too. Overall a pleasant experience.
Wonderful place to eat!! Great food, clean premises, very friendly efficient service, and great presentation of food!! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!
Probably the best sushi restaurant I've been to in a while. Even my toddler kept complimenting how yummy everything was and gave two thumbs up which rarely happens when we eat out. Sashimi & sushi tasted really fresh, fried rice was well seasoned and the salad was amazing! Definitely will be our go-to for sushi dinners from now on.
Talk about hospitality. One thing that captivated me was having the owner/chef interact with his customers. That’s when you know you’re gonna have a quality experience. He was so kind to make special sushi’s for me because of my pregnancy. Food was amazing, and I’m huge on sauces, and knowing they’re home made recipe sauces, yummy!!!!! Felt really welcomed, and will come back soon.
Excellent restaurant!!!! The food was delicious and extremely fresh!! And everyone that works there is so helpful and friendly. (I wish I would have taken a picture of the beautiful food but we scarfed it down too fast!) They just brought us this delicious dessert!!! It was amazing!!
Lovely family owned spot for Japanese food. Great tempura(finely shredded sweet potato is to die for!) and sashimi (tender fresh fish in generous sizes). The dinner combos are HUGE! and highly recommend the Volcano Roll, very cool presentation with toasted crab on top.
We loved sushi (for 2 people)!!! Fish was fresh and rice a perfect size (not too big & not too small). I used to go to Sushi 9, but very happy that we found Miyoka Sushi. We will definitely repeat to get their sushi.
Very nice, family owned?, sushi restaurant. The sushi was fresh and the portion sizes were very generous. I ordered the miso, daimyo maki, sashimi sampler, and the Katy roll. There was difficulty in ordering sashimi pieces so I was coaxed into getting the full sampler. But it was delicious regardless. I could see this being my go to for portion/price value.
We finally tried “Miyoka” and it was so good! Hands down one of the best Japanse-Latin fusion The place is super clean and the food came out quickly, it was a fair price. Everything that We ate was so fresh and delicious! We has shrimp tempura, volcano roll, lomo saltado and shrimp fried rice. Definitely give it a try if you’re looking for a great treat.
