Nothing wrong with the product, but why is this location so filthy and disgusting?? The floors are nasty, the windows are filthy, the door to the store is even disgusting. Also the girl working here is currently on her phone with half the toppings out, the beverage fridge hardly has any drinks in it and 2 of the yogurt flavors are out. Been here a handful of times and it’s been like this every time. The toppings being out is it for me. What’s the point? And CLEAN YOUR STORE!
My family loves this place. One of the fews who stays open till 10pm. They have yummy flavors. I feel some of them are ice cream and not frozen yogurt at all. They need to hire more people for the summer and weekends. Always crowded and dirty and the floor is sticky. Bin is always full and balancing the dirty cups. We go and grab ours and come out.
So dirty! The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in days, the toppings had slip all over the lids, most of the healthy toppings were gone.... Most of their ice cream DOES have corn syrup and unnatural ingredients (which they advertise they are natural) and the ice cream left a funny film feeling in my mouth. I threw out my and my kids ice cream after one bite. It's BAD.
So happy to find you open! We used to enjoy the one by Whole Foods and Grandgirl loved our date, culminating in Menchie's and a pink spoon! The employees were delightful and personable! Thank you for such a delightful experience!

i’m not quite sure what all these other reviews are talking about! this store is extremely clean and has so many yummy toppings and yogurt flavors to choose from! the employees are always super friendly and outgoing and always make me laugh! i bring my kids in all the time and the employees always give them stickers! if you love froyo definitely come here!!!
Great frozen yogurt, but absolutely unclean! I couldn't believe the 2 young people working there wouldn't take the time to clean up...it wasn't busy so there was absolutely no excuse for it to look this way....I can't imagine what the restrooms look like...
Yogurt is ok, I mostly come here to laugh about how lazy the entitled employees are. One night the girl was picking her toes behind the register and another night there were 2 girls working one was stooping down texting and the other had her phone on the register texting so it would look like she was working.Fruit is always out of stock and the bathrooms and cleanliness in general is a 0.25 stars.
Love frozen yogurt but whoever owns this shop needs to fire all their bad attitude employees they very lazy never their toppings are empty all the time never have waffle cones in the afternoon.Bad attitudes from the workers it’s not clean they never refill all the toppings that are empty all the time they just say sorry it was there this morning.
I have been here a couple times and I made decision to write the reviews about them. Their ice cream is so delicious. You can try before buying it s don't waste money. Aso, it is really clean and staffs are so friendly. Highly recommended to everyone want a dessert
