In most any other case I wouldn’t bother rating a McDonald’s… I’m not expecting anyone there to wait on me in any capacity but they were incredibly inconsiderate and continually served people that came after.. when I finally asked what was going on, she reached on a shelf for my food that had just been sitting there… and she said, “that’s just how it goes” after I waited 20+ minutes. I wasnt in need of an apology by any means… they’re busy… but condescension? Totally unnecessary. Food that’s left at room temperature isn’t safe… they’re either not training their employees in food safety or they’re not enforcing it- both are a big deal. Considering one of the items was a happy meal… it was pretty sad they’d be that inconsiderate of children. For your safety… choose any other restaurant.
Debora or Denora was extremely rude. I standed at the register waiting like an idiot for 10 minutes until saying something. Then the lady wanted to give me attitude and tell me to put it in on the screen behind me. I was literally the only person standing at the register. Tell me why I’m standing watching other employees standing around not doing anything and on their phones while I’m literally standing at the front waiting to have my order taken. Terrible job and terrible customer service. Please do better. Your job isn’t hard.
Super slow. The drive thru was jam packed so I went in and out my order in imediately at the Kiosk, no staff would make eye contact. After my order i had to wait several minutes to get someone attention so i could pick up my drink. Then we waited thirty minutes just to get three small chicken nugget orders. The staff wasnt busy. There was one person who looked busy but several others were just standing around.
Food was ok but super small burgers. The goofball that brought my food to the car was rude and disrespectful.The way McDonald's takes as many orders as fast as they can then forces you to park in their parking lot and wait for the backup they created really stinks!!!Not going back again!
I only go in the morning and afternoon, but I can say the food is always fresh. And excellent customer service. One my favorite place for breakfast ? ?
Since change of shift, the service has slowed down, i ordered and was charge for bacon on a cheeseburger but got no bacon but mushrooms . But today with the managers dismissal, i felt obligated to review so they can improve.I ordered a small shamrock shake, there was a good amount of syrup on the botoom and i inquired if it had been mixed. The manager replied “ yes, we did, thank you, have a nice day”I mixed it myself but the drink was horrible overpowered with syrup.I considered returning and asking them to taste it, but i had been dismissed i do not believe they would feel obligated to get it right.
Worst mc donalds ever. You can pull up and order a drink. And they will make you pull forward and wait out front. Ridiculous! People are rude and treat customers terrible. Worst mc donalds i have ever been to. They just want there window counter to stay low. Wont be a single person in line. But there will be 5 cars waiting out front.
I Ordered food in the drive thru and my order was taken correctly with friendly employees. Our food was made fresh and hot . Brung out to us by a happy employee after being patient for about 5 minutes. Great job
The night shift was amazing. I’ve never had such amazing experience at a McDonald’s in general let alone at night. It was great customer service and the crew was knowledgeable, accommodating, and even with a missing item they were still great!Names to mention:Aishat was very knowledgeable and great at order taking.Jesus was great even though he just started the job and great attitude.Marissa was very accommodating especially when it came to a missing item in the order and picking it up another time.I normally right reviews when it’s that great or that amazing and this combo of people at McDonalds was amazing even just for being a McDonalds it was the best service.Subway in that area we went to and the Chipotle they were just terrible service ?.
Overall order was correct and food was good. My burger hard a very hard bottom, but they replaced it with no issues. Tge lady at the counter was friendly!
