Went in to eat with my daughter and not one table was clean in the entire restaurant. I had to use napkins and drinking water to clean the table myself. They weren't just a little dirty but nasty dirty. Also went through the drive through the other day and the fellow was rude and didn't seem to care about customers. This used to be the best McDonald's ever. But ever since Covid started it took a turn for the worst. The owner really needs to get involved before someone takes pictures of all the nasty dirty tables and sends them to corporate.
Its fast food, always hot when i get it around 3pm usually no cars in line. Theyre usually nice but if theyre not its ok (most likely someone in drive thru triggered them i dont blame them) I'm here for the food. It aint special but it gets its job done. Some of these reviewers are hilarious tho, go home and make food youd be less stressed.
The Latina in window 2 was rude. I’ve never been disregarded in that manner before. Especially by someone of her age. One comes to expect that attitude from the younger fast food employees, but she was a grown woman disregarding me with a flick of her wrist and wouldn’t even let me ask a simple question about strawberry jelly. She rudely gestured and said “go to the next window!” Honestly it’s not what she said, but how she said it that offended me. I tried to say “yes, but I just wanted to make sure ….” (because they typically forget to add said condiment) She interrupted me and raised her voice and said “they help you at the next window!” I let her know before driving off to the next window that she didn’t need to be rude. If this is the attitude that I’m going to receive at this location then I will gladly take my money and order overpriced hash browns somewhere else.
Never order McDonald’s from door dash. I can’t believe my driver had to wait for the food that was delivered to me. This is the second time I ordered food that was inedible. My hash brown was burnt to a crisp. The last time I ordered my fries tasted like they were literally still frozen. I have had some bad experiences but this has been the worst. McDonald’s really needs to do better.
Normally most McDonald's are good but this location is annoying. Everytime we eat here something is wrong with the order. The staff here is all Hispanic and barely speak any English. I'm not going to change my language just to order get people that speak English.ALSO OPEN YOUR PLAY AREA!!! OTHER LOCATIONS AND EVEN OTHER RESTAURANTS HAVE THEIR PLAY AREAS OPEN. If we can be mask free and your staff be mask free. This "pandemic" is over stop being lazy and open up completely.
Not cooperative! I was trying to use the usual 99cents coffee coupon. On the eligible items listed by McDonald’s, it mentions “iced caramel mocha” so I ordered that. Come to the window and its not working, I show the lady the phone and hand it to her hoping she works it out or calls a manager. I literally get that order at my local McDonalds. Y’all need to get the app fixed and in the meantime offer what you say you do on that app. Otherwise, thats lying…
I decided to dine in today, my order was ok. I did tell the young man that was working the front counter they needed to check their pepper. I grab a few packets and noticed they were a lil wet/damp and to my surprise once opened to pour it on my ketchup clumps of molded pepper fell out of them.
Fairly fast except for the cashier who you had to repeat your order to multiple times and still got it wrong. Best to use the selk kiosks or get a manager to take your order if you want it right. Food was hot
Two nights ago we used the app to purchase food for our family. They forgot my wife's burger. They added EXTRA pickles and onions when the order said NO pickles or onions...good job ? This morning we used the drive thru and they somehow heard medium cup of ice with no straw and no top when we ordered a large cup of ice. These employees have a future for sure. ?
My whole order was wrong. I ordered a egg McMuffin meal. They game me a McGriddle. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. And they gave me a sausage biscuit no egg no cheese.I also got 4 sausage egg tacos. Only got 2 I go back. They gave me my 2 tacos but still gave me a different biscuit. I got a chicken biscuit this time.
