A Great place to take your kids or even a date night. They had pool tables, a bar, video games, and of course, bowling. Their cookie shakes were delicious. I definitely will return next time I am in Katy.
Took my kids to Main Event on Saturday, July 16. Main Event does not properly maintain their arcade games and it’s extremely frustrating to find 30-40% of games not working and not marked as out of order. The game will certainly take your credits, only for the player to find that significant game functions are not working.
I love all the games. The bowling alley was amazing. The lazer tag room was so beautiful.
This is our go to place for fun! We had visitors come in from town and brought them here for a day of fun! The service was great! Charles was excellent! Chelle made sure we had everything we needed!
I had great time with friends and Family here at the main event in Katy,Texas. It was very fun and the staff was very helpful, specially the manager named Travis! He really helped us out when we had some questions.

Definitely a nice play to have a family outing during the day and then come at night for an adult outing! My waitress was super friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and in great condition. Our food was enjoyable. Overall the prices are good and you can go on promotion nights for even better prices. We bowled, shot some pool, and walk through the arcade area. This was my first time going and it was a great experience... I did go on a slower night.I'm sure this place gets very busy and probably hectic so I recommend a slower night or have patience.Definitely going back... follow me and until my next place.
Not very customer service oriented. There was a 3 hour wait for almost everything but food and they still let people sign up. The bartenders were nothing friendly. The best bartender out of the whole staff was Bryan. The credit card machine was down for two hours. There was no offer of a refund or gift card to enjoy the $19.99 activities on a less strenuous day. I was told by the store manager John that this is a test store. As someone that has worked for Main Event twice, they have failed in my eyes. A few of the games would go off line after swiping card. The restrooms were terrible. I’ve been here for two hours and still have not laser tagged, billiard, or bowled. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend anyone here.
No staff. Manager acts like he doesn’t see people waiting forever or the trashy areas. I paid a lot of money I walked out because they gave me the wrong food and slow to help. I asked for pepperoni extra cheese. I should’ve told my bank but I was so over it I’ll just take that L.
Great place for family and kids. Need to have roaming staff in the game area to help with machines that don't work and takes your points away with no play. We had a big drink spill while bowling, but nobody ever came to clean up the floor or table, even after being told twice. We cleaned it up the best we could, but it was a Pepsi, so sticky.Took a bit to get a host to seat us to eat, although we were the only ones there at the time. Waitstaff needs to be trained on how to work efficiently.
