I did a curbside order. I went to the place because I never received a text about the meal be ready. Arrived all spots were full for curbside (good business for them). I called the person who answered said we will be right out. 3 customers later and one who had just pulled out and 15 minutes passed ...I called back and they were so sorry they forgot and would be out with my order. The lady who brought the food out went brought the food to the car who just had arrived. My order was for 715 I received it at 732. And of course the lady gave excuses but none were good enough. The potatoes were still warm, not hot but warm. The food itself was still warm but needed to be reheated. Despite all that the food was still good although it was rewarmed. The potatoes were blah...you know once a potato gets cold or not hot it isn't too good. I wish I could have tipped the cook instead. But they all still deserve two stars but the cook saved y'all. I would definitely come again but to dine in.
Came to celebrate my birthday today. We were seated quickly. Everything seemed very relaxing...until we heard some people yelling and laughing so hard across the other side of the restaurant. Yes, I know people are here to enjoy their food and have a good time with family or friends. But honestly, they could have toned it down a bit. It felt like we were at a zoo. ? The server was very nice and very attentive. We decided to order right away. I ordered the 12oz Ribeye Steak/medium well/a side of Mashed Potatoes/and a Tossed Salad with ranch. The meat was very soft and tasty. The Mashed Potatoes were ok in taste, a little dry. The salad was good. My bf ordered the 18oz Fire Grilled T-bone Steak/medium well/Idaho loaded Baked Potato/and a Caesar Salad. The meat was juicy and tasty. The Baked Potato was good as well. My brother ordered the 22oz Longhorn Steak/well done/Mashed Potatoes/Fresh Steamed Asparagus/Rice with Grilled Shrimp Skewer. The meat was very juicy and tasty. The Mashed Potatoes were ok. The Asparagus was to the point, great taste. The Rice and Shrimp was good as well. We ordered Strawberry Lemonade to drink. Very refreshing. Overall, it was good. The presentation of the food could have been a bit better. All that really mattered was the taste. Except for the loud annoying people on the other side of the restaurant. Will probably not be coming to this Longhorn Steakhouse. Thanks but no thanks.
We stopped in last week and loved everything. The small serving of salmon was small, but tasted great. Bread was terrific as were the vegetables. We were very happy.
There was a 15 minute wait. However it was a Friday night so that's understandable. The food and atmosphere were up to standard and our waitress was very pleasant. The Parm crusted rib eye streak and Ohio potato fully loaded was awesome. Could be a little warmer. Its a 4.5 for me
Food is never disappointing, we ordered the cheddar mushrooms, smashed potato, outlaw rib-eye and longhorn steak, the steak was very well cooked and delicious, but the most amazing thing was the excelent service from the waiter, unfortunately i did not ask his name (he worked for the army) but he was super kind and talkative, all the time making sure we were having a good time and enjoying the food.
Our steaks are always cooked to perfection. My server was very attentive and even made awesome suggestions.
I’ve ordered from Longhorn Steakhouse a few times. Up until yesterday, the food has been great!I ordered the usual…filet mignon with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a lobster tail. The broccoli was over cooked as well as my steak. I requested medium well, but it was well done and very dry. The seasoning on the steak also tasted different and it appeared to be seared. I didn’t finish eating it. Very disappointed!!!
Not the best service. The stake was also not as good as advertised, and they didn't cook it right. Nice atmosphere tho. the server refused to pick up empty plates and cups making it feel very cluttered.
Service was awesome. Food ordered and arrived really quick. Waiter took care of our needs. Food was delicious. Everything except my loaded baked potato. The potato wasn't as hot as it should have been in order to melt the cheese. I had a Parmesean crusted rib eye steak and a loaded baked potato. But Everything else was great. Seated quickly. Restaurant wasn't extremely busy for 6pm dining.
Longhorn steakhouse on I-10 in Houston. Good steak made to your liking, fried okra, baked potato with sour cream, delicious. Staff is friendly, they keep the iced tea pouring. Hard to find parking they were packed. Sat at the bar, good experience.
