Laundryâs Kemah has the ambiance but the food is the same, excellent! A little pricey but for the special nights out itâs worth it.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Landry's. Even though it was a quiet Thursday evening, the staff (especially our waitress Rebecca) was attentive and made this first-time visit a true success! We started our meal with a bowl of delicious Lobster Bisque (with chunks of Lobster) and it was accompanied by the shareable Oyster Bar Trash plate which combined Lump Crab, Blackened Shrimp, and white rice with a tasty butter sauce. It was so scrumptious that my wife ordered a second one with just Lump Crab for her entrée. I ordered the Broiled Flounder with a Lemon Butter Sauce that arrived perfectly cooked and adorned with rice pilaf and mixed vegetables. This was a terrific dining experience and one we would recommend to others looking for a seafood restaurant in Katy.
My brother was visiting from Atlanta and I wanted him get a taste of Texas. We were not disappointed. I highly recommend Landryâs.
Landry's was okay. This location has changed. Although we had great customer service, the food was okay. We had the Lunch Box for $15. The fish/shrimp platter is 1 filet and 3 to 4 pieces of shrimp with a ton of onion rings and fries. That value was good, but I was expecting more. The inside of this location has changed for me, and I did not like the setup. However, it was a good place for lunch. The gumbo was good as well, with more shrimp than I imagined. So, I may go back and visit.

Had the same meal last week at Landrys in Galveston and the price was $20 less and the portions were MUCH biggerâ¦.Also came with 2 sides there and only ONE in Katyâ¦Soâ¦Less food BUT more moneyâ¦. We will NOT be going back
