Delicious Colombian food every time. They have a few other restaurants around the Houston area and it’s always the same great food and customer care. Been coming here for years now and will continue to support this business as they always make me feel at home!
This is the worst Colombian food I have ever had. The bandeja paisa had no beans, we were given a burger instead of salchipapas, and the croquetas are actually just frozen chicken nuggets. We called to try and remedy the situation, and we were hung up on. Hard pass for me.
My first time trying Columbian food! Pleasantly surprised. I was actually just going to get a cold drink at the business next door to La Olla, until I saw the pictures of the entre's onLa Olla's window. I ordered Bandeja Paisa and it was very delicious!! The quality of the food was very good too. They didn't use cheap ingredients. It was so tasty. I just wished there was a location in North Richmond, Texas because I would be a regular customer of La Olla.
I visited this place after receiving a full body massage from the spa next door. I was in a very stress free abd calm state of mind until I entered the doors of this establishment. The young lady that took my order had the worst attitude. Of the two workers that were at the cash register, neither could speak English or understand me very well. I patiently showed them on the menu what I wanted to order. They put my order into the system and I paid. As I looked at the menu further I wanted to order more items. I ask the young lady for what I wanted and after waiting and standing at the cash register to pay and receive my second order for well over 10 minutes I still didn't get what I ordered. By this time I'm really irritated. I ask about my order and for some dressing from my previous order and the young lady was rolling her eyes and slamming things. With all of that being done I still proceed to wait for my second order. I watched as they took care of other customers that had come I'm after me. I finally got to the point that I was so upset I left before I found myself stepping out of character. I am petty new to this area, and I love supporting business in my neighborhood, but I will not ever step foot back into this establishment unless they are trained in customer service, inclusion, and how to treat people of all ethical backgrounds. I really feel they treated me the way they did was because I'm black. My money is green just like everyone else's, and I won't be spending any more of it at this place, and that's really a shame because the food is actually good. My first time trying Columbian food was ruined. The best advertisement is word of mouth, and this mouth knows a lot of people.I'm very disappointed
I went to pick up my lunch yesterday at this restaurant. I ordered over the phone, when I got home my steak was missing. I called the restaurant, but they never apologized, I went back to get my meat and just got attitude from one lady that works in the counter. She is short and very rude. To the owner of this restaurant, that employee is ruining your business, she shouldn’t be working there and disrespecting the customers
A piece of Columbia, South America in Houston TX. Great menu with the authentic flavor and friendly waitstaff!
“This is a nice looking place to have drinks and dance. The music and atmosphere is great. Really good bar tending service with great prices.”
Horrible service. I called in an order 20 mins ahead of time and when I got there to pick up, no one knew about my order. No one did anything to correct it. It was never put in! Very unsatisfied!
Good place for a quick bite. Tables are a bit too close to one another. Food could be tastier. Clean and friendly help.
Honestly the service here is great the thing is it's my second time ordering empanadas and they are hot from the out side but from the inside they are cold my food was bland and I just didn't like it
