With out question, the worst food I have EVER TRIED to eat. We LITERALLY couldn't eat it. The fajitas were like tire rubber. I was so concerned, I took samples of our take out food back to the manager. She didn't even offer to give me my money back. $45 down the drain.
My husband and I decided to try LA Finca and were very distant. We were seated by a nice young man then forgotten for at least 15 minutes. There restaurant wasn't packed. I saw maybe 5 other families. When our waitress finally showed up, we gave her our drink and food order. About 10 minutes later we received our drinks and chips which in total took almost 30 minutes to get! I then noticed something black and slimy floating in my tea. I called the waitress and she brought me another tea in a dirty glass. I gave up and just pushed it aside. Oh, and no one ever returned to the table after bringing our food out hence no refills. The food was pretty good. But the service was horrible!
By far the worst restaurant and people that work there. We went on cinco de Mayo and we’re expecting it to be busy but to our surprise it wasn’t. The hostess told us the kitchen was backed up because of all the door dash orders they had. But we decided to stay because we’d just order fast and enjoy our margaritas but it took 10 minutes to get our margaritas, why you ask? Our waiter is actually from big city wings in spring and was asked by the company that owns both to help out at la finca for the night because of cinco de Mayo and no other person on the staff there wanted to help him. Therefore he had to make our drinks instead of the bartender. But the worse part is they didn’t have everything they need for margaritas set out to be ready for the night, so we didn’t get the margaritas we wanted. Our food was just okay. Our server was the only positive to the night and he doesn’t even work there normally. What blew me away is that no one helped him. Other waiters just stared at us and never came to say a word but would for everyone else. Our waiter had to get our chips for us because they wouldn’t do it for him.
I was not impressed with the food at this place. I ordered a fajita dinner to take home and when I got home they gave me very little food. And it didn't taste fresh in the least. That was not the only time I ate at la Finca. MY husband and I ate lunch on another occasion and it was not at all good. Their foods don't have a good flavor and the flour tortillas are saturated in oil. Just another greasy spoon Mexican restaurant. Won't be going back. Gave them two chances.
I’ve never given a restaurant one star.Giving an Uber driver four stars is a very very rare thing for me to do.I give this location if La Finca one star after deliberation.Reasons—the food was horrible. My carnitas, supposed to be juicy pork chunks with a hint of crispness, were globs of oily meat. They were not tasty and they were not cooked well. I also did not get tortillas as promised. My wife’s chicken “fajita” meat tacos were more like Costco rotisserie meat. With all due respect to a Costco chicken, that’s not what we paid for. This was a delivery so I asked for my money back and Uber eats did refund my money minus the driver’s tip and the service fees.I will not eat there again. That’s sad because that restaurant used to be really good.
2nd time we have ordered pick up and second time an entire entree was forgotten (meaning they have gotten the order wrong 100% of the time). Disappointing response and sincere lack of customer service when I called them- responded with "oh sorry" and left it at that. We will not be ordering la finca again. Very disappointing- please consider supporting a restaurant that cares more about their customers and success of their business
We picked up take out on Saturday evening around 5:30. We hadn't eaten here in about 6 months at least, but I remember it being very good. This experience was horrible. The styrofoam containers were all distorted and the beans and enchilada sauce was bubbled in the container, almost like it was microwaved in the styrofoam. The food was kind of bland and tasted like Styrofoam, but we thought it was otherwise okay while eating. Myself, my husband, and my children all ate the same thing, except my husband ate the red salsa. He was sick all night. We will never be back. I'm sad to see the quality decline so much.
The shrimp and cream sauce is always delish.
I'll start off by saying I work in the service industry. I went with my family tonight 4 adults and 5 kids. Service was lackluster for the 5 tables and 5 waiters working (I work the industry, not restaurants but country club, either way I notice these things.) Adults food came out as my children were waiting for their chicken nuggets and fries... So I start cutting there chicken and it's raw in the middle.... Sure I guess it happens... So we send it back. They had 4 strips on each plate. I cut 2 on each plate. When they brought the food I sent back now there is only 2 on each plate and those are now burned. Kids don't eat anything. And when they bring the bill they did not comp the kids food. And there is a 3% credit card processing fee added to the bill. We had to flag down the waitress for everything in an empty restaurant. Finally when we are about to leave the waitress comes to my mom After my father has left telling her that we did not tip and she needed something. It was crazy. So long story short. My family is never going back and I would recommend you do the same and save yourself the time and trouble.
This place use to be a hidden gem. I guess ownership changed. Been there twice since and both times were very disappointing. Food quality has dramatically gone down since change.
